Mr Ndukwe said that the clash between the Oyofo and Awha communities took place on Friday at about 10:00 a.m.
The latest conflict is between Waja and Lunguda communities in Guyuk local government area of the Nigerian North-east state.
The government says it has identified the sponsors of the violent protest.
At five people have been killed.
The violence in Bwari left three people dead and 18 injured.

At least four persons were reported to have died in the clashes.
Scores of other victims with gunshot injuries were said to have been rushed to the hospital.
The 67-year-old was killed at the weekend in his farm at Ilion Camp, Igbatoro.
The conflict between border communities of the two states has claimed lives and properties.
Hundreds of residents have fled the affected communities.
The violence started on Saturday and continued on Sunday.
The police said 15 houses, five vehicles and 15 motorcycles were burnt by the warring groups.
“We have not witnessed this scale of violence since assuming office," the governor said.
The two communities have been in court over the ownership of the disputed land.
Two communities have been involved in bloody land disputes for decades.
