Police says investigations are still going on.
Mr. Disu, the Managing Director of the Lekki Free Trade Zone, was shot dead on October 12.
Mr. Disu was murdered on Monday during a peace mission to the Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos.
The party describes the murder as inhuman, beastly and barbaric.
