The president said out of the 65 recipients, 52 individuals received the Presidential Honours Awards.
Mr Buhari urges Nigerian youth to avoid economic and social vices hurting the country.
The president says the programme was conceived for Nigerians in the informal sector of the economy.
“We have no other country than Nigeria , let us not set it ablaze because of politics," President Buhari said.
