Governor Sanwo-Olu says since the launch of the Blue Rail on 4 September, it has moved over 80,000 passengers.
This is the third time the government will postpone the commercial operations of the Blue Line Rail.
The fare, power supply, trial run and when the train will be available to the everyday Lagosian.
The elevated train network is expected to ease traffic in the often gridlocked Lagos metropolis.
