Big Brother Naija Season 10 ex-housemate, Kayikunmi, has said he has no regrets about his controversial intimate moments with fellow housemate Isabella, noting that they were both fully aware the affectionate displays were being broadcast nationwide.
Kayikunmi, who was evicted on Sunday night, became intimate with Isabella after the 2 August Saturday Night’s party, which sparked a hot debate among Netizens on morality standards portrayed by the reality show.
However, in the post-eviction interview with PREMIUM TIMES on Wednesday, the former BBNaija housemate said the close-to sexual actions were naturally deliberate efforts from him and Isabella, which he had no regrets about.
Speaking on his consciousness of heavy cameras in the house and his behaviour, Kayikunmi said it took him a few days to become nonchalant about cameras and put on his natural traits.

He also stated satisfaction over his stay in the house despite his premature eviction, noting that putting up his natural traits was enough for him.
“I knew that cameras were everywhere and everybody would be watching, family, friends, and fans in general. So I was very, very careful with the cameras. I was very observant. I think I was trying to be a good boy, but I left that ’good boy’ act and just had to be myself.
“I just like being real. Even though I didn’t show myself much in the first week because I was trying to tread carefully, trying to be safe, at the same time, I eventually allowed myself to just be me.
“For me, staying true to myself is much more important than anything else. So I think I stayed true to myself, and I did not want to get carried away by the narratives,” the ex-BBNaija star said.
Intimate moment
Speaking of his intimate moments with Isabella, the reality show star said he felt fulfilled that he controlled the narrative of his affairs with Isabella, and not leaving it for others to shape.
”It came naturally. Nothing was forced. Both of us did what we did. I did what I did with the person I liked in the house, and I have no regrets.
“I mean, if there were no cameras, most people would probably do even more of those things. For me, I was just true to myself, and I took control of my narrative with that.

“Most definitely, I don’t regret anything. What I regret is not talking more, not putting myself out there more. Those are the only things I regret, always keeping quiet when I was supposed to speak up,” he said.
He, however, expressed his excitement over the fame BBNaija’s platform gave him, saying, “But it is what it is. At least I was given the platform. And like I said, out of millions of people who wanted to go into the house, I made it.
“That alone makes me a winner already. So, regardless of leaving the show before the final week, I’m still a winner,” Kayikunmi stated.
