“The victim, a 10-year-old girl, was the only person the accused met at home."
Mr. Kalu, who served as governor between 1999 and 2007, was first arraigned in 2007.
"They are desperate to keep me out of circulation and off the streets," the former minister said.
“FAAN was never involved; it never had a representative in signing the agreement."
Mr. Fayose said he will not be distracted by Mr. Obanikoro's alleged confessions.
