Trade volume eased, compared to the previous week, by 17.6 per cent.

The market witnessed a flurry of earnings release for the 2025 financial year, towards the end of the week, with a number of companies reporting strong results.
“Generally, the corporate earnings expectations, supportive macroeconomic environment and corporate actions should cause a marginal positive close in the market,” analysts at Meristem Securities said ahead of the week.

Mutual Benefits appears on the pick for its strong fundamentals and for reporting an 84.4 per cent leap in net profit for 2025. The NPR of the underwriter is 15.3, while the PE ratio is 4.2. The RSI is 61.
Presco
Presco makes the selection for its sound fundamentals and for its impressive full year 2025 result, where it recorded a 76.8 per cent surge in after-tax profit. The agro-business company’s NPR is 38.8 per cent, while the PE ratio is 12.2x. Its RSI is 91.7.
Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO)
NAHCO makes the list for its robust fundamentals and for trading below its intrinsic value. The PE ratio of the company is 13.7x. Its RSI is 75.1.
NPF Microfinance Bank
NPF Microfinance Bank makes the cut for its fairly strong fundamentals and for trading below underlying value. The company’s PE ratio is 12.2. The RSI is 82.2.
