Mrs Enenche also said that delegates from 78 countries visited the Dunamis headquarters located on Airport Road in the Federal Capital Territory in August. She said the church has organised 43 local and international crusades this year alone.

The 2026 conference, themed: “Occupy till I Come,” was held between 25 and 30 August in the 100,000-seater auditorium of the church known as “Glory Dome.” It is held annually.

Some of the countries from which the minister-delegates came, according to Mrs Enenche, include Australia, Canada, the US, the UK, France, Norway, South Africa, Ghana, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, the UAE, Germany, Spain, Latvia, the Philippines, Trinidad and Tobago, Nicaragua, China, and Brazil.

Other countries she listed include the Netherlands, Sweden, Burkina Faso, Switzerland, India, the Bahamas, Guatemala, Lithuania, Greece, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, Romania, Ireland, Italy, Kenya, Angola, and Equatorial Guinea.

Delegates also came from almost all the 36 states of Nigeria and Abuja.

Besides the ministers and delegates physically present, thousands of others followed the sessions online from several countries, especially during the Friday/Saturday vigil.

Mrs Enenche, a medical doctor-turned-preacher, said the number of countries where the delegates came from increased from 43 on Tuesday, the first day of the conference, to 63 the following day and subsequently rose to 71.

She appreciated God for granting the conferees’ safety, adding that some of them had to be away from their churches to attend the conference.

The five-day conference was broken into morning and evening sessions, concluding with a vigil on Friday. It began with a pre-conference service held on Monday, 24 August, during which the senior pastor, Mr Enenche, preached on a topic titled “God works and God’s work. The service was attended by some of the ministers and delegates who had arrived several days earlier.

The conference commenced earnestly on the morning of the following day with a healing and deliverance service during which he delivered a sermon titled, “Occupy through Health and Strength.”

In the days that followed, Mr Enenche and other ministers took turns to preach on different topics derived from the theme. The ministers are Mrs Enenche; Ntia Ntia of Full Life Christian Centre, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State; Godwin Abba of World Alive International Centre, Abuja; Solomon Ipila, DIGC regional pastor, North-west, and David Majiyebo, regional pastor, South-south.

In his opening sermon on Tuesday evening, titled “Occupy till I come: The Mandate,” taken from Luke 19:13, Mr Enenche noted that God owns the earth, has a vision of overrunning it (the earth) with His glory, and raises men to occupy its territories for Him.

He went further to identify what it means to occupy till Jesus returns. According to him, it means – to take charge till he comes; not to leave where you are the same way; decide the direction of things; have it the way you want it; compel the submission of the territory in the nations; disciple territories, nations and cities; and dismantle opposing territorial powers.

In a subsequent topic, the DIGC senior pastor listed 10 other meanings of “Occupy till I come.” They are: occupy my space; fill the vacuum my exit will create; ensure that no one feels my absence till I come; carry on the assignment till I come; step into my shoes till I come, and represent me till I come.

The others are – reproduce my result till I come; let your appearance signify my appearance till I come; act on my behalf till I come, and speak for me till I come.

Mr Enenche also identified what qualifies a Christian to occupy till Jesus comes. He said one must bear the burden of God for his generation; be a person sent by God; maintain a consistent stand before God, and display all that God has put inside him.

Hundreds of people surrendered to the lordship of Jesus Christ during the conference, while notable, wondrous testimonies were shared.

Among the guest gospel singers and worship leaders who, ministered at the event are Elijah Oyelade, Prospa Ochimana, Owie Abutu, Julie Emunah and Oche Jonking.

The IMFFC is held in the last week of August every year. The 2026 version was held shortly after the Youth Ignite Conference, themed “Reigning as King in Youth,” and the Children’s conference. The latter drew about 20,000 children.

Other major programmes organised annually by the 30-year-old church are the Destiny Recovery Convention and the Kingdom Power Glory World Conference (KPGWC), held in May and November, respectively. It also holds Nations Worship in His Presence in January and July.
