There has been a leadership crisis in APGA, which has split the party into two factions.
This is happening hours after the Enugu State Government allegedly sealed some offices of the EEDC in the state.
The FCT-IRS explained that the closure of the premises was in line with a court order.
The facilities were sealed on Tuesday by officials of the Enugu State Internal Revenue Service (ESIRS).
The suspension will last for 180 legislative days.

The SSS also sealed Mr. Jibrin's office at Room 1.05 in the New House of Representatives building.
The state government says a court order granted it leave to evict SPDC and all the occupants of the premises.
Affected buildings owe the government N150.5 million.
