The ex-NSITF boss, Ngozi Olejeme, is accused of mismanaging N1.3 billion while in office.
Ms Olejeme is accused of dishonestly receiving funds from NSITF through a company she was said to have interest in.
Mrs Olojeme faces nine counts including abuse of office and using position to obtain over N1.4 billion from NSITF.
Ngozi Olojeme is a former chairperson of Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Funds, NSITF.
The order was based on a request by the EFCC.
