EFCC arraigned the ex-presidential aide in 2013 on 23-counts of conspiracy to conceal proceeds of crime amounting.
The convicts are crew members of a vessel, MV Peace.
The men were convicted on charges of conspiracy, forgery, and dealing in petroleum products without lawful authority.
Both suspects have pleaded not guilty to the charges and were granted bails.
The case had coincided with another scheduled hearing.
Mr. Otudeko had been subpoenaed to appear before the court.
The EFCC had on Oct. 31, 2016, slammed fraud charges on Kalu and Udeogo.
The accused said he wanted to travel abroad for medical treatment.
