The suit is in respect of Mobil’s operations in Oil Mining Leases 67, 68, 70 and 104.
The move followed the termination of the Production Sharing Contract (PSC) relationship between NNPC and Addax.
The firms are ending their litigation after NNPC extended their production sharing agreements.
The civic group made an FOI request.
