Nigeria international, Victor Moses, has declared that he is keen to win a domestic double with Chelsea this season.
Having emerged champions in the Premier League, Moses is ready to tone down on celebrations as he has already switched focus to Saturday’s FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium where Chelsea will be battling it out against Arsenal.
Winning a trophy for the first time in his career since joining Chelsea, the Nigeria international was at his usual best as Chelsea rounded off the league season in style; defeating already relegated Sunderland 5-1 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
The 26-year old Nigerian star told Chelseatv that having secured the Premier League title, their attention is on Saturday’s FA Cup clash against London rivals Arsenal.
“It’s the happiest day of my life, I’m absolutely buzzing,” he said. “The most important thing was winning the 30 games, we took that very seriously so we’re really happy.
“Now the Premier League is done and we have to switch our focus to the FA Cup final against Arsenal on Saturday. We’re looking forward to it and we know we have the players who are capable of winning the game.”
Many expect a tough game at Wembley this weekend as it is believed that Arsenal will come out smoking to salvage what is left of their largely disappointing season.
