The Nigerian duo of Ahmed Musa and Alex Iwobi were on the losing sides on Tuesday night in the English Premier League.
While Iwobi fell with Arsenal against Everton, Musa’s Leicester City lost to AFC Bournemouth.
Both Musa and Iwobi were second half substitutes for their respective teams.
Arsenal blew away their lead and they were beaten 2-1 by Everton.
The defeat denied the Gunners to go top on the EPL standings.
For Leicester, having defeated Manchester City in a convincing fashion over the weekend, many expected at least a point from Tuesday’s game.
But that was not to be as the reigning EPL champions were beaten by a lone goal.
