The 2015 Men and Women Federation Cup competitions will kick off with the state preliminaries on Saturday, March 7.
This was disclosed in a statement by Ademola Olajire, Assistant Director of Communications, Nigeria Football Association (NFA), quoting the association’s Head of Federation Cup Unit, Ruth David on Thursday in Abuja.
“The preliminaries in the 36 States and the FCT will end with the finals on April 4 and April 5, before a draw is conducted for the national finals,” she said.
The statement further quoted Ms. David as saying the national competitions will begin with the play-off round on April 18 and April 19.
“The Round of 64 is slated for May 13 and May 14,” she added.
The 2015 Men and Women Federation Cups’ final matches have been slated for August 16.
