The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has said that the out-of-contract Super Eagles Coach, Stephen Keshi is still in charge of the team.
Speaking to Tuesday after the Technical Commitee meeting in Abuja, Felix Anyansi-Agwu, Chairman of the Commitee said Keshi is still the Coach and that they have made recommendations to the NFF Executive Board.
“There is nothing wrong with that, There is nothing wrong with that recommendation,” he said when asked whether the committee recommended Keshi to the NFF.
“We are working on the qualifications of other teams, the U17, U20 and the U23 and of course the issue of Keshi’s salary and we have made our recommendations to the board,” Mr Anyansi-Agwu said.
Stephen Keshi’s four year contract expired last year after the World Cup and it has yet to be renewed by the NFF.
