Nigeria’s under-17 team, the Golden Eaglets, will start their campaign at the 2015 African U-17 Championship against hosts Niger Republic in the opening match at the Gen. Seyni Kountche Stadium, Niamey.
This was decided after the draws for the tournament, held on Sunday, paired Nigeria in Group A with Niger, Guinea and Zambia.

El Amrani was assisted by CAF Executive Committee member, Mohamed Raouaroaua, who doubles as President of the Organising Committee of the African U-17 Championship.
For Nigeria’s other group matches, they will face Guinea on February 18, before taking on Zambia in the last Group A match on February 21.

The eight-team tournament is billed to hold from February15 to March 1.
The semi-finalists will represent the continent at the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile.
