Moses is currently with Chelsea.
According to the MailOnline, new Everton boss, Roberto Martinez, is keen to have Moses at the Goodsion Park where he hopes to start a revolution that will see the Toffees challenge for one of the four UEFA Champions League spots in England.
However with the impending return of Romelu Lukaku to West London after impressing on loan at West Brom last season and the signing of Andre Schurrle from Bayer Leverkusen, a plausible option for Moses to guarantee a regular shirt might be a move out of Stamford Bridge to seek first team action elsewhere.
Even without the latest arrivals, the Super Eagles star managed just five full 90-minute league appearances for Chelsea in the previous campaign, scoring one goal in the league.
The Merseyside club need to sell players before they can buy, meaning a loan deal could be likely if the Toffees fail to meet the Blues’ asking price. Chelsea paid £9 million for the player’s services last year.
Moses is the latest forward to be linked with a switch to Goodison Park, with Swansea’s Nathan Dyer and Aiden McGeady of Spartak Moscow being rumoured to form Martinez’s new-look side.
