NFF President, Aminu Maigari

The board will decide a new date for the AGA of the federation

The board of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, is set to meet on November 28.

A top official of the Federation informed PREMIUM TIMES of the meeting on Monday.

“The board will meet on Wednesday at 11a.m. at the conference room of the NFF secretariat at zone 7 in Abuja,” the official said

He said the meeting will among other things discuss the ongoing crises in the football house and also decide the venue and date for the recently postponed Annual General Assembly of the federation.

The last meeting was held in Calabar after the Super Eagles Nations Cup qualifier.

The NFF and the Nigerian Premier League, NPL, have both been enmeshed in one form of crisis or the other leading to the indefinite postponement of the AGA of the Federation and the Congress of the NPL.
