Schools in Ogun State will resume on Monday for the second term academic session of 2014/2015 and will begin first term examination on Monday, January 19.
The first term exams did not hold as a result of the time lost due to the outbreak of the Ebola Virus Disease.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology made this known on Wednesday in a press statement made available to journalists in Abeokuta.
“The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology directed all public primary and secondary schools in Ogun State to resume for the second term of 2014/2015 academic session on Monday, 5th January, 2015′,the statement stated.
The release signed by the State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Segun Odubela, indicated that revision will commence immediately on resumption.
Mr. Odubela said the exams will commence on Tuesday January 27, 2015 across the state.
