Fire Guts Dangote factory in Lagos

A section of the Dangote Agro sack factory on Oba Akran Road, Ikeja, Lagos was gutted by fire on Friday afternoon.

The Southwest spokesperson for the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, Ibrahim Farinloye, ‎said the fire started at about 3:45p.m.

“The fire was contained with a space where plant is located, dampen processes has started,” Mr Farinloye told our reporter over the phone.

No casualty was recorded at the fire outbreak.
