The cashless was introduced by the Central Bank of Nigeria recently.
The Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, will on Wednesday, June 5, organise a sensitization programme for Ogun State public/civil servants as part of measures to create necessary awareness on the cashless policy recently introduced by the Federal Government.
This was made known in a statement by the Permanent Secretary of the State Ministry of Finance, Ajibola Chokor. The venue of the event is the Cinema Hall of June 12 Cultural Centre, Abeokuta, beginning from 9.00 a.m.
The statement indicated that among others, participants would be adequately informed and enlightened about the features, advantages and the mode of operation of the policy.
Ms. Chokor enjoined participants to be punctual.
