Acting President Yemi Osinbajo on Monday visited Awka, the Anambra State capital.
Mr. Osinabjo was received by Governor Willie Obiano.
Mr. Osinbajo visited the state capital for the celebration of the 50th conference of the Nigerian Law Teachers Association taking place at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
A statement issued on Sunday by the Director, Information and Public Relations of the institution, Emmanuel Ojukwu, said that Monday was declared a lecture-free day in the university in honour of Mr. Osinbajo.
