The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Babachir Lawal, has urged leaders in the South East geo-political zone to call Biafra agitators to order.

The SGF condemned the activities of the groups, saying they threaten the peace of the country.

Mr. Lawal spoke in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State capital, during a one-day working visit to the state.

Describing the groups as misguided youth who had been causing crisis in the country, the SGF said they should not be allowed to continue.

He said their actions create the impression that Nigeria is not one.

The SGF advised leaders in the South East to create employment opportunities for the youth to keep them busy to stop them from engaging in acts that threaten the peace of the nation.

“Some misguided youths in the South East zone are causing crisis in the country and I charge all Igbo leaders to rise to the occasion and call these misguided youths to order.

“These misguided youths create the impression that Nigeria is not one, and insecure,” he said.

Responding, the state governor, David Umahi, said he would ensure improved welfare of the people and rapid development of the state.

In biafraud !. You should also know how its gonna end.

  • Adeseye Aje

Anytime I look at the photo of Biafra protesters above my eyes focus on the lady
seated on the car bonnet and my mind tells me that BIAFRA is no longer a mere
idea but an article of faith for the Igbo people, because when a lady flies the flag
of secession, it is the end of discussion on anything to the contrary of BIAFRA.

    • Julius

You are telling me that you’ve never see a woman protesting before ?. What about some that protest not fully clothes ?. Be serious !. By the way, change your name back and answer your fathers name. It aint even that serious.

      • Tunji Olarewaju

Julius, he’s a biafool troll, he’s ashamed of his ancestry

        • Kickboxer

Yaribas are technically speaking SLAVES mostly under the spell of mental slavery after 400 years in Fulan bondage….Igbo are more successful than Yaribas using all development indices. Igbos are not cowards….for example, they would not abandon like Yaribas are cowardly hiding ODUDUWA aspirations…

          • Bobby

You have not communicated. You can consult somebody else that knows how to put his ideas across for easy understanding. Otherwise you can say whatever you want to say in Ibo language.

          • Otile

Why do Oduafraudian panic whenever Great Biafra is mentioned? Take heart yorobbers you have nothing to fear but fear itself. Awon odale e gbo?

        • Julius

Abi ooo. I know. Yeye people

  • Taster

This buhari led government is confused.
They reason with their skulls and daily showcasing their shortcomings to the public glare.
After all their vomits none has called for a debate with the biafrans to know who indeed is misguided, and needs help.
Biafra is here to stay, every day dreaming of an indivisible nigeria is far gone.

AFTER TECHNICALLY DEFEATING BOKO HARAM IN DEC. 2015, apologies to Nigerians killed by BOKOs on January 10 & 13 2016 in Adamawa State, …MUMU Lawal wants to divert attention from their INCOMPETENCE IN FIGHTING CORRUPTION, UNEMPLOYMENT, ECONOMY DECLINE, & DEFEATING BOKO HARAM (even when GEJ bought arms and recovered and handed back seized territories from BOKOS)

…this goes to show that brainless Buhari and “technically speaking intelligentsia” are technically speaking MORONS

  • G.boy

Misguided youths? Amajiri ur an idiott to call our able youths misguided youths, Biafra is all we need, nothing more

  • Sincerely Yours

This mob look like unskilled labourers.

  • Shugaba Nkasa

@ Biafran supporters and misled Ndigbo,
We are about to disabuse you of certain notions. Find a chair, sit down and listen very carefully.
The worst thing that can happen to the South east is the actualization of Biafra.

You all think that after you become a country, you will have rights to the natural resources of the areas you control? It does not happen that way, it is not automatic……..if everything goes your way, you are looking at at least 2 decades (at the minimum) before controlling what comes out of the land (oil).

Back to current affairs. Saudi Arabia is solely responsible for the decline in oil prices. They have had a feud with Iran (Sunni vs Shia Islam) since time immemorial. The minute the western world started lifting sanctions against Iran, Saudi Arabia flooded the oil market to drop the price of oil so as to retard Irans effort to buoy their economy and defenses with oil money. The new King of Saudi Arabia has a penchant to ignore diplomatic avenues and does not renege on his words.
Some of his words that should concern Ndigbo is that he said he will not manipulate oil production to affect its prices. Shortly before making that statement, he dumped all Saudi oil reserves on the market.

Why is this important? It is important because the only reason Ndibgo wants to actualize Biafra is because they think all the money from oil will come to them. In other words, Biafra is the brain-child of greedy people.
Guess what, in about 3 decades, it will cost more to bring a barrel of oil out of the ground than a barrel sells in the open market. (COP21).

You will have all the oil in Nigeria nad it will be absolutely useless to you. You will not even be able to burn it because it will draw sanctions from the world community!
You can not feed yourself because you don’t have the landmass necessary to do so.

you lnow what….there is no point……….tell us what we need to sign so you can be on your way.

    • i tire

Your write up will will only succeed in making those youth more angry,

    • Otile

Ranting of a mad man. Only Yorubas and Islamic harlots will pay attention to your rubbish.

    • Young O.G

you think everybody is oil dependent like your lazy people??? think again, we aren’t like you dull air headed creatures..come rain come sunshine, oil or no oil, Igbos will always excel, cus its our hobby, making progress is our thing..Biafrans are calling for secession because we re lovers and seekers of peace,.. I stayed in the north, kano and niger for your info…its only a depressed southerner that will stay in the north and still scream of one naija and am yet to meet that person….Igbos don’t have access to the oil but we are still better, a million times better than hausas and yorubas…its only an illiterate ss person that will buy your usual crap of oil being behind Biafra agitation, the literate ones with common sense know who the real enemies are….you notherners have been killing southerners since time immemorial, any small thing, u demons will pick offense and start ending lives, buhari lost election and southerners were killed, including the cursed yorubas, fuel subsidy was removed, you kill southerners, including the cursed yorubas, they draw a cartoon image of one pedophile you call prophet in far away u.s or Denmark, you still display your madness in Nigeria, with cursed yorubas falling victims as, people with common sense are calling it off, and it will happen by His Grace

    • obinnna77

How typical. You may be obsessed with Oil revenues because of a rentier culture, but it is illogical to assume that every one else is.

  • Man_Enough

The youths are well paid by looters who would rather destroy nigeria than return their stolen wealth.

  • Jazzy

Is nigeria one?, if yes why do they kill biafrans bcos the chief terrorist lost an election, why should they kill biafrans for cartoon about Mohammed in Denmark even when some of the victims never hear Denmark not to talk of the cartoon?, why should they kill peaceful agitators?. SGF you can lie to your followers but the world knows the truth, you can’t stop us bcos we’re formidable & resolute. All hail biafra #free nnamdi KANU #free biafra.

    • Ayuze

Silly cow! If your hero to help you realise your Biafraud agenda is that boy called Kanu, then it’s true that you are all just hoodlums and street urchins who just want their pockets filled with loads of Naira. Me think you guys are just angry that your avenue for ,getting free money through political thugery, oil bunkering, kidnapping and drug trafficking is being blocked gradually and no amount of blackmail will bring those crazy days back. Nnamdi Kanu will not be released and will be tried for treason to serve as deterent to all spoilt greedy brats. I can’t believe the dumbo will even come to Nigeria and hole up in an hotel with a prostitute and got dug out like a rat. So much for the president to be of Biafraud. All his sponsors have now disappeared into thin air.He is on his own crying for mercy while people like our friend Chudi Okonkwo’s only help is to resume duty as e-rat on daily bases while mr smart ass Kanu is cooling his wretched fleets in prison. The reward for being easily-led and greed.

The unwritten policy of institutional marginalisation and orchestrated exclusion of the SE and SS by the Nigerian state since 1970 will continue to ensure perpetual dysfunction in the geographical space nick-named “Nigeria” by the colonialist powers in 1914.

This northern hypocrite is talking rubbish,I wonder why they learnt an ear to him at Abakaliki ?

    • tunde008

Marginalization by GEJ was the worst

  • Damilola

Mr. Bachal Nigeria has never been one we were fused togeda by the agents of divide and rule whose only interest was to milk us dry. The very essence of their adventure is located in the south. However, they knew we’re intelligent, prudent and fearless to any human or leader for that matter. In contrast the North are complete paradox of this traits inter-alia. They needed such submissive, illiterate and religious bigots who follow blindly even to the ocean to achieve their aim here in this territory. So Lugar as he stated in his memoir, merged the poor husband- North, with the rich wife- south. This is to give the power of leadership to the poor husband who will be committed to their exploitation without questioning. The trend was secured down to this age. The parasites are now to leave or let the ones ready to break loose of Lugard spell do peacefully.

If you’re calling on the Igbo leaders to create jobs for their youths, remember you’re suffering from someti more worse than this in the north. These guys are gud at business and cud safe themselves of begging. The menace of Almajiris and Bokoharam in the North deserves ur urgent attention sir. You can do better by calling on the Arewa group and other Northern elders to look into this prolly in a state of emergency for urgent solutions. The same way the killing of Yusuf didnt impede the group those days but made them more aggressive I don’t see the continued incarceration of this people’s leader changing noti for better. Sooner or later your govt might have to realise this as you failed to learn from history and even simple reality

  • peri koma

On Biafra we stand.. We don’t know those leaders Mr Lawal..
