Jigawa govt. sacks 27 pilgrims’ welfare officers

The Jigawa Government has approved the termination of appointment of all Pilgrims Welfare Officers in the 27 local government areas of the state.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Adamu Abdulkadir, in Dutse on Wednesday.

It stated that the termination was with immediate effect, and commended the welfare officers for their contributions toward the successful conduct of 2015 Hajj exercise. (NAN)
