Health authorities say disease may be gastroenteritis.

Over 10 people are suspected to have been killed in a cholera outbreak in Kano.
All the deaths were recorded at the government-owned Infectious Diseases Hospital in Kano metropolis.
Some sources at the hospital say 10 people died of the disease on Wednesday. Three corpses were seen being taken away from the hospital on Thursday.
Patients were also seen being attended to by doctors on the bare floor at the hospital due to what witnesses said was the unavailability of hospital beds.
Health authorities in the state confirmed the outbreak of a disease though they said they could not confirm if the disease was cholera or gastroenteritis.
As at Thursday evening, over 300 patients were said to have been admitted at the hospital.
