Mrs. Dasuki died on Sunday.
Gwaggo Jabbo Dasuki, a wife of former Sultan of Sokoto, Ibrahim Dasuki, is dead.
The news of her death was made known by a close family source around 12 mid night through text message in Kaduna.
The source said Mrs. Dasuki died on Sunday night of an undisclosed ailment at their Miyyeti Allah Residence, Ungwan Rimi, Kaduna .
“She is survived by her husband, the former Sultan and three children,” the message reads.
The text did not mention and it is not clear if one of her children is Sambo Dasuki, the National Security Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan, and son of the for sultan.
“She will be buried today(Monday) in Kaduna after funeral prayer at Yahaya road Jumma’at mosque by 10am according to Islamic right”, the message said.
