President Muhammadu Buhari has commiserated with the family of Oba Michael Folorunsho Olobayo, the Obaro of Kabba, who passed on last week.
President Buhari also extended condolences to Governor Yahaya Bello and the entire people of Kogi State on the loss of the monarch.
The president, a statement by his spokesperson, Garba Shehu said, noted that the past 30 years since Oba Olobayo’s ascension to the throne have witnessed peace and remarkable advancements in Kabba, also commends the late Oba’s invaluable contributions to the development of the entire Kogi State.
“President Buhari prays that God will comfort the family, friends and subjects of the departed royal father,” the statement said.
