Adamawa state governor, Mohammed Jibrilla, has approved the dissolution of all boards and parastatals in the state with immediate effect.
In press release signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Mathias Yohanna, the governor directed the affected officers to hand over to the most senior officer.
The statement further added that both Christian and Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Boards, and the constitutional statutory boards and commission remain.
Meanwhile, Governor Bindow has also approved the appointment of chairman, Sport Writers Association of Nigeria, Adamawa State chapter, Samuel Gangwaja, as the Director Press Affairs to the Deputy Governor, Martins Babale.
Other appointments approved by the governor for the deputy governor are Hamman Musa Mayo (PPS ), Abubakar Tukur, Director of Protocol, Benjamin Laban, Private Assistant and Garb Laweso, Principal Special Assistant (Admin).
