At her polling unit, 24th unit Gwange-3 of Maiduguri, the card reader continued to cause headache for the electoral officers who had to resort to the incidence form to get voters accredited.
In some of the polling units, electoral officers said they had run out of Incidence Forms because of they had large cases of Card Reader failure.
