The police have commenced investigations.
Some unknown persons have carted away about 23 laptops from the Government Science Secondary School, Jalingo.
The suspects, believed to be familiar with the school, entered the Information Technology unit and stole the laptops.
The Principal of the College, Iliyasu Kirim, who confirmed the incident on Tuesday, said the hoodlums tactically stole the computers without breaking the windows or door to the building.
He said the matter has been reported to the police and that three members of staff of the school, handling the unit, have been invited for interrogation.
The Information and Communication Technology facility of the school has been shut down following the incident.
The Police Public Relations Officers in the state, Joseph Kwaji, confirmed the incident, and said investigation into the matter has commenced.
