According to the Minister, the meeting was convened to create general awareness and sensitize people with a view to deepening the democratic process in the Territory.

Different speakers at the meeting commended the minister on his good administrative style, describing him as a true democrat and party man. Zephaniah Jisalo representing Abuja North Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives said they were grateful for the assistance being extended to the party and the area councils by the minister. He thus advised area council chairmen to complement the efforts of the minister in mobilizing and sensitizing the people.

He said, “We want you to continue here with us, to remain with us so that you will continue the laudable service you have been rendering to all of us here in the FCT.”

Ega Dobi vowed to continue to explain the various programmes and policies of the Bala Mohammed administration to the people at the grassroots.
