The Supreme Court has validated the elections of Governors Rochas Okorocha of Imo and Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta.
Our correspondent say the appeals filed against Mr. Okorocha by former governor, Ikedi Ohakim of the PDP was dismissed because the 180 days within which election dispute must be judicially resolved had lapsed.
The petition against Great Ogboru of the Democratic Peoples Party against the election of Mr. Uduaghan was dismissed for the same reason.
