Hafsat Abiola mourns death of State partners in Dana crash


The Special Adviser to the Governor of Ogun State on Millennium Development Goals [MDG’s], Ms.Hafsat Abiola–Costello, who is driving the new industrial vision in the state, says members of a delegation of German investors killed in the Dana Air crash has robbed the state of a breed of foreign partners with strong desire to help build lasting foundation for economic progress in the state.

Two delegates from the Deutsche Gescellschaff Fur International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) a Development Agency of the German Government, died in the crash while traveling to Lagos on their way to Abeokuta to commission the office of their enterprise in the state.

Ms. Abiola- Costello was the brain behind the invitation of the German investors to the state. The investors had earlier signed a Memorandum of Understanding {MOU} with the state government. Premium Times learnt that the investors had gone to Abuja as part of preparations for the establishment of the proposed office in Abeokuta. 

Ms. Abiola–Costello is billed to attend the funerary rites of the German investors Monday June 10, in Abuja.
