This is after-thought. Debate has never gone this way from the outset. God will keep, protect, preserve and promote Gov Ayodele Fayose who questioned this questionable initiative.

    • Adele Uhuru

Very true-once Fayose exposed their intent on grand-theft they are now re-adjusting their progression – same was the case with the NNPC 25 Billion USD thievery Baru and co orchestrated with Buhari’s consent. They re-adjusted their progression again to make the thievery look legitimized by introducing it at the Executive meeting. The Maina illegal call back and facilitation by Buhari and his kin, once exposed he created a sham investigation to cover up that they have shared the money that Maina stole among themselves. Then there is this pressing issue of the MTN settlement on the infraction it accrued for violating the Nigerian laws on telecommunication , we are still awaiting the response from Buhari and his cousin on this also grand theft ?

Whatever happened to all recovered stolen funds?

    • Tommy Soto

maybe this section wasn’t in the article when you read it.

“Mr. Enang also spoke on the looted funds recovered by the federal government, saying that such money has been spent on projects.

He said, “If you look at the 2017 budget, recovered funds is listed as one of the sources of funding the budget. So, any money that is recovered by the federal government has already been appropriated for by the National Assembly.

“It is not that the money is recovered and kept somewhere different,” he said.”
