This Buhari is a myopic religious bigot with very cryptic agenda. Why appoint from an Islamic university of an Islamic country when the originators of ICT are not from that region. This man should make decisions that will favor Nigeria and not destroy it with his myopic religiosity.

    • favourtalk

Get over your ethnic and religion sentiment. It will help your BP

      • David

You are the one to open your eyes and see beyond the cryptic nature of his appointment. Associate Professor of an academic institution to head the agency? Is that what we need or someone with operational expertise to revamp and improve the ICT of Nigeria.

      • KBE

    • Man_Enough

Yea. He should have appointed from the Vatican city.

      • KBE

Your hero does not trust anybody from the Vatican City that is why.

        • Man_Enough

If you want to succeed, do business with whom you trust.

          • aisha ani

            Simple enough.

    • Aremu Mathew Okikiolu

Is the appointee a Nigerian? This is a silly display of ignorance.

      • David

The appointee is a Nigerian of Buhari’s clan & faith.
Yours is a hypocritical diversion from the truth.

  • favourtalk

Congratulations to him, he is having the right qualifications to take the agency higher

  • Good credentials.I pray he brings his rich ICT background to bear.congratulations but dont forget to employ those officers whose appointment are still hanging.

  • Tayo

    Wow…it’s so glaring now.

  • Musty

    Osinbajo/Tinubu, how market?

    • KBE

‘Prophet’ Bosun Emmanuel warned them all but they refused to heed the warning. They said never and lailai. Is the said agenda not becoming a reality? The Islamic republic of Nigeria is their plan.

  • emmanuel

If I may ask, what are his accomplishments? What makes this man whose name has never appeared in any Nigerian ICT event, Journal or contemporary discuss of any sort an expert? an expert in what? What has been his contributions? …that he has a Masters Degree and an MBA? Or that he has been teaching in an ISLAMIC University? What is the ranking of this Islamic University even in the Middle East talk less of World wide? Nigeria is finished. This is a confirmation to the saying – “The shallow calls unto the shallow, and the deep calls unto the deep” Buhari can only see and appoint the incompetent because they are of same cognitive category.

Honestly a divided Nigeria into several countries along ethnic lines will bring out the best from each country. We are just wasting time as one country. Imagine this fellow appointed to head a Nation’s ICT. Just imagine? When the Emeagwalis of this world are still alive? Shame to Queen of England and Lard Larggard for the 1914 amagalmaton. Shame!

    • Tukur Gwadabe

Emmanuel, I think you are not good Nigerian, pls think b4 you talk.

    • Aremu Mathew Okikiolu

Are there Catholic, Methodist or Presibitarian universities? Why are people so glad to display their ignorance and jaundice prejudices? Terrible!

  • Lanre

I am happy at all these developments. We Yorubas have a saying – Aja ti o sonu, ko ni gbo fere ode. When we tell Yorubas that there is nothing they can benefit from this union in Nigeria, they will not listen. The religious and ethnic bias of Muhammudu Buhari is so brazen!

  • Buhari d daft cow.

Buhari is a bustard simple as that.

    • haba mallam

slowly inshaallah we will islamize NIgeria

      • LionHeart

Let me start by saying that there is nothing wrong in appointing a Muslim who is qualified for the job but your comment here is horrendous to the unity of Nigeria. If you want to islamize Nigeria, then let us SS and SE go and you can do whatever you want.

      • Buhari d daft cow.

Is it only inshaallah or inshashit?u little piece of shit like Buhari.

  • SteveOMarcus

This man needs to wake up and realise that Nigeria is a multi-religious and multi-ethnic entity. Is this how he wants to move the country forward with all this glaring favouritism? His ardent supporters should help him out by pointing out to him the consequences of his lopsided appointments because 2019 is just about 2 years away.

  • Gary

This appointment fits nicely into Mr. Buhari’s governing philosophy. His entire public career has been devoted to advancing the interests of his Fulanis and Sunni Islam.
I’m willing to debate anyone able to provide countervailing evidence.

    • Aremu Mathew Okikiolu

Proof and not vague assertions. Are these individuals Nigerians?

  • LionHeart

The Yorubas who supported Buhari are slowly getting sidelined. Anyway, there shouldn’t be much worries if the man is qualified for the job.

  • Prince Kenny

What make him professionally qualified, is he a shattered Information Technology Practional, is he a member of Computer Professionals Registration council of Nigeria (MCPN), is he a member of Nigeria Computer (MNCS), does he belong to any Computrr/ICT professional body in Nigrria, What has been his contribution towaerds ICT development in Nigeria, what is his Computer / ICT professional qualifications, just to ask few questions. I fear for this government.

    • Aremu Mathew Okikiolu

Please backup and read his resume again. He has been teaching boy?
