President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the composition of the Governing Boards of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) and the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
This is contained in a statement issued on Saturday in Abuja by Bolaji Adebiyi, director of press in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
The statement said that NPA board, with 10 members, would be chaired by Emmanuel Adesoye.
Members of the board, according to the statement, are:
1. Supo Shasore
2. Suleiman Halilu
3. Constance Mashal
4. Umar Shu’aibu
5. Charles Sylvester
6. Hadiza Usman
7. Mohammed Koko
8. Sekonte Davis
9. Idris Abubakar
10. I. J. Uche-Okoro.
Similarly, the statement said that Jonathan Garba, a retired major general, was appointed the chairman of the board of NIMASA.
It listed the members as:
1. Asekomhe Kenneth
2. Mohammed Muazu
3. Ebele Obi
4 S.U. Galadanchi
5. Nene Dike
6. Dakuku Peterside
7. Adeniyi Osinowo
8. Bashir Jamoh
9. Joseph Fashakin
10. Gambo Ahmed.
