Court sends Nnamdi Kanu to prison

Nnamdi Kanu

A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered that Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, be kept in prison.

Justice John Itsoho gave the order Wednesday.

He adjourned the case till January 25.

Mr. Kanu has been held since October 2015.

He ran an underground radio pushing for the creation of an independent state of Biafra.

Tuesday’s ruling was the first time a court would order his remand.

The government flouted previous bail rulings ordering his release.

Ha , the Biafraudians will claim now that the court is disobeying the court order!!. lolz

    • Courts Disobeying Court orders……lol

      • Julius

Watch them blabbing that nonsense. They cant read and understand anything. One of them is already claiming victory for biafraud by this court order for kanu to remain in jail. See what am saying ? lolz

      • Jakadiya

When Kanu was contravening the constitution how many of you came out to caution him? Now that the shit has hit the fan, you want to clamor for rule of law. Did Kanu respect the rule of law?

    • simssoon

The EU made their point very clear yesterday so every body in Nigeria Govt, will sit up now because this people are almost going ,so stop crying lets support them.

      • Julius

What da hell are you talking about ?. Have you ever read my comment saying I do not want them to go ? Im 100% in support of them leaving. As a matter of fact I ‘ve been saying they should start leaving the south west today or tomorrow. Have you seen the majority of the South westerners holding them back ? By the way, did the EU said they should separate or in support of them leaving ? EU said they have the right to do whatever they want as long as they follow the laid down principle of separations. REFERENDUM !!!!. Where is my cry ? They bring their fake nonsense in an open forum and like everybody else makes comments. I hate deluded minds like you trying to be smart by half. If you are one of them, just say so and leave with them. I dont give a fck. Good luck and good life !

        • Holy truth

No vex bro go drink water .

          • Julius

I no dey vex , just dont like a piss-ass morons.

        • MindYourself

I agree with you. Anyone who wants way out should exit. They should also ” carry ” whatever belongs to them within a period of time. If they believe they ” manufactured” the Lagos lagoon then they are free to “carry” it along with them. They are free to carry “Ladipo” and Oshodi market ” if they like. After that period of time, none of them should be allowed into Lagos without stamped visa. This would give us the opportunity to re-organize ourselves.

          • Julius

They wont leave. Its a fraud !!. You would think that the people that wants to separate will be doing the moving without anybody asking them to leave. They cant make it alone in their land-lock hell hole. Why do you think they are all over the country ?

  • Outraged

KANU MUST DIE. HIS TROUBLE JUST DEY START. ANY BIAFRAUD WILL BE SHOT. WE HAVE OUR ORDERS

    • Cleartruth

You and your entire generation must die this year.

      • Outraged

Kanu is already dead. We will break him. He will beg to be released. He is already a dead man.

        • Otile

          Kudirat is not alive either.

    • Höly Wähala

      @Ramatu…
Fraudster, I told you diction is like fingerprints, anywhere you spew your hatred for Ndigbo regardless what moniker you hide under, I will fish you out. Dirty, stinking aboki illiterate you are with a messy catether of urine seeping through your filthy mind. Satan will punish your entire family for generations to come… arid b*tch with bisexual tendencies. Dan Daudu!

      • Outraged

Kanu must die. Death to all biafrauds

        • Otile

          Back to sender.

        • Höly Wähala

          Frauster!
Caught you again after Ovia Whatever… no morals, no standards, just trolling the net and spewing anti-Igbo sentiments. Dan Daudu. Go and kill him nah make I see. Simly aboki b*tch with stinking panties is what you are… a low life loafer. Ode buruku. Shame on you!

      • Jakadiya

Shege, so you know Dan Daudu. You eat and drink Hausa and you hate them. The Hausas give you land, school, job, etc, yet you are not appreciating that. How many Hausas or Yorubas are residing or trading in your local government headquarters?

        • Höly Wähala

Hahaha… Aboki wey no dey go school dey give Igbo man education. I don chew monkey nyash. Aboki, allow me to educate you… there is an area we call “Ama Awusa” in every major Igbo town exclusively reserved for Northerners ecpecially money changers and suya boys like your arid self. Aboki have lived in Umuahia for so long there is an Igbo proverb that says… “na dis leg nama take waka reach Umuahia?” Translation: ‘your sluggishness will not get you far.’ In Aba, Abia State, there is the, “Yoruba Mosque” built in Igbo ancestral land. Your problem is obvious, you have never left your arid enclave in the North to know that Nigerians have integrated further than during the time of your hateful Tafawa Belewa, no wonder Igbos murdered that pig and fed his corpse to vultures. Same faith awaits your ignorant dry ass. Mutum Banza… shege buruba!

          • Jakadiya

“…hateful Tafawa Belewa, no wonder Igbos murdered that pig and fed his corpse to vultures…”
You’ve just said it. I hope when we come for a revenge mission, you won’t shout GENOCIDE. Again,, I’ve been to nooks and crannies of the SS and SE and seen it all. I want you to compare the quality of life the ‘foreigners’ enjoy in the areas you mentioned to that enjoyed by Ibos in Kaduna, Kano, Sokoto, Maiduguri, Jos, etc. I’m 100% sure that you must have gotten part of your education or wealth from the North or South West, that is, if you’re not residing in one one these places rich now. Ewu, akuya, bunsuru, agbero, olodo.

          • Höly Wähala

            Aboki,
I was born and raised in the SW and went to a unity college in Kanu thus, can speak Ibo, Hausa ati Yoruba fluently. Claiming you have been to crannies in the SS & SE is not integration, how many of those cultures and languages were you able to absolve, and did you even bother to learn any of their languages? Regardless. That is not my point, it is to tell you that Yoros and Abokis live and thrive in the SE regardless how well. The way you make your abode determines the quality of your lives there, don’t blame the Igbo for your poor living standards. My people are high-achievers so it makes sense that our living standards are also higher no matter where we live. Bottom line is, we Igbos welcome foreigners just like every other ethnic group thus, your silly assertions were well impeached. Finally, make no mistake about it, Hausa/Fulani are hospital people just like the Egba… but the difference in us is that no Hausa/Fulanis have been massacred in the SE as your people murdered Igbos in Jos in 1945 and 1953; and no Igbo Chiefs have threatend to toss the Yoruba into any lagoons in the SE. Notice the difference in our peoples now? Abegi, Go-siddon joor!

          • Jakadiya

For the record, one of the things I learnt and practice is that wherever I go and there is an Ibo restaurant, I must enter and have my meals there, no compromise. I have so many good Ibo friends that we interact and help ourselves. On the Ibo killings, please and please, go and find out the nature of the people that did it and the causes of their actions. You see, its just like this Sharia of a thing in the North. Some useless idiots that don’t even understand Islam but are ‘Muslims’ just come out of frustration causing mayhem and shouting Allahu Akbar. At the end uninformed people will shout ‘The Hausa Muslims have started again”. With your knowledge of the North, I thought by now you should know that and educate the uninformed.

          • Höly Wähala

            Pal,
I am well educated in the affairs of the North and have absolutely no qualms with my friends of Hausa/Fulani origin… believe it or not, I used to go to Mosques on Fridays just to get away from the dormitory, no Imam preached hate to my hearing that’s why I don’t rail against anyone’s religion and understand that respect for ethnicities is paramount. That said, believe what you like but I am neither a tribalist nor a bigot, I just use strong words to fend-off miscreants who latch onto my comments for attention.

          • Jakadiya

Now you are talking. You should make objective comments if you don’t want people latching or prying into your discussion. You should understand that whenever we become subjective people are bound to straighten things right or to react to adverse remarks.

    • i tire

      Icc is coming for u

      • Outraged

We have our orders. We understand our orders. It is shoot at sight any biafraud.

        • Otile

Back to sender. While trying to shoot orders you will shoot yourselves.

        • Chukwudi

Laughable. You are a joke. Super hilarious.

      • Outraged

We are waiting for biafrauds protesters, we have our orders. I repeat we have our orders.

        • Otile

Oduuafraudsters cannot protest anywhere for perpetual fear of their Fulani masters.

          • Outraged

But yorubas and hausa are igbo masters

        • Chukwudi

You are nothing but mere flesh and blood. Quit speaking as if you can control the outcome of the next two minutes.

      • Julius

hahahahahaha, why are u losers thinks ICC cares about u ? . You have been calling them since the 70s. What has they done for u ?

        • Höly Wähala

Mumu Juliusi… the ICC was established after Yugoslavia broke up, not in the 70s. Drop the bottle!

          • Julius

Genius, which one have u been bitching to since you got your ass kick. My bad, the UN. abi. Expect a letter from them soon. Oloshi

    • Otile

Instead of trying to liberate Oduduwa Republic from the Fulani oppressors you oduafraudians are wishing Kanu death. For you all it is back to sender. What you wish Kanu must come back to you 10 fold.

      • Outraged

He will die he must die.Ojukwu die frustrated. No peace for Kanu. He has stepped on tigers tail

        • Otile

Mashood Abiola is not alive today. He died unceremoniously at the hands of Fulanis. Thief Awolowo died a frustrated man, his own brothers, Obasanjo, Abiola and other yariba traitors stabbed him in the back till he died. Don’t rejoice.

        • Chukwudi

And in your huge mind you are the tiger, right?

      • Jakadiya

Kanu must be hanged publicly at the centre of Aba or Onitsha market to serve as deterrent to others. I’ll be there LIVE.

    • Chukwudi

You are….. May God forgive you.

  • Cleartruth

Victory round one. Will dictator buhari obey this court order? The mission of dictator buhari to kill him in dss cell has been truncated. God bless nnamdi kanu. God bless Biafra.

    • tundemash

Are u high on something stroger than your head can cope with ? Don’t u think the court ought to insist on the govt obeying the previous orders ? Why are u clawing at anything in sight ?

Go check the video on youtube where the Igbo intellectuals in the United States warned this riffraff Kanu on his misadventure.

      • Cleartruth

Nnamdi kanu has more followers than your messiah dictator buhari according to the confession of Bishop kukah. So go hug transformer. Biafra has come to stay. Everyone is talking about it , even the European union. God bless nnamdi kanu. God bless Biafra

        • Holy truth

          OK, we don hear.

          • Julius

            lolz.

        • Dr. Ahmed

Followers… I dey laugh.. The population of Biafra can not even equate to dat of North West alone

          • Cleartruth

You keep deceiving yourself with fake population census. Go check wikipedia to know the population of igbos. Igbos are over 50 million in Nigeria.

          • Julius

All of them in Lagos. Abi ? Lying dumb ass !

        • tundemash

Then Nnamdi Kanu should have contested election instead of Dumbo. They f00led you before the elections and they are still f00ling u till now. Father Kukah ko, Mother Kaka ni !

        • MindYourself

European Union cannot help anyone to achieve nothing. Would Biafra become member of the Union? Wake up from your slumber. Kanu couldn’t convert this strength to ensure the victory of Jonathan at the last poll. If you want to have your Biafra by all means ( without regard for the sovereign powers of Nigeria, and with outright disrespect for other nations in the union) then roll out the tanks to declare your independence. Behave like brave men and face the moving train. All these talks on the social media are acts of cowardice. Prove yourself to be different from Yorubas.

        • abba

how come you lost d election then? ? your rantings here are mostly because your hero gej lost. tell me one igbo statesman that supports kanu? why didnt he get the support of the igbos in usa when he went begging for arms? i will tell you; most igbos that are educated and have legitimate biz, are not in support. they know the boy is looking for cheap popularity and some cash like the others before him.. people like you who are idle and frustrated will jump and follow anybody as long as it takes you out of the misery of doing nothing.

      • Julius

        He stays high !

      • Otile

All we have in Nigeria is sharia kangaroo courts. Similarly, the Fulani court held Mashood Abiola illegally until they poisoned him to death. The murderers held Dr Beko Ransome Kuti and earmarked him for execution until the devil called Abacha home. In those days Abubakar tundemesh said nothing for fear that his Fulani masters would clamp him to jail. What a coward.

        • Julius

That must have been the reason why Ojukwu ran away and left you and your father in misery. Master coward.

        • Dr. Ahmed

Mumu, abacha wasn’t a fulani man. He is Kanuri by tribe.not everyone in the north is hausa or fulani.

          • Julius

hahahahaha, you think the dumb ass loser know that ? He is the dumbest biafraudian I’ve ever seen in my life.

        • tundemash

Wailing wailer, keep at it. We are enjoying. Once u expire, may your children take over the wailing.

        • Dan arewa

It is now very evident that you have begin to realize that you (BiafraDrugsin) can not make it alone.
First, you have been dragging South-south, and now you are indirectly trying to convince Yoruba to join you. But the Yorubas are very educated. They know what a civil war was because they value lives. They also do not do anything to get money, but only legitimate.

        • MindYourself

You believe Yorubas are cowards. I believe you. Maybe they have that understanding of what life means; that satan’s interest is for the world to be at war with each other; that when you win a war you also loose. You don’t go to war without loosing some loved ones, unless you don’t have love for your people. But if you so believe that Yorubas are cowards and useless, why are you seeking their permission to secede? Why don’t you just take up the arms and conduct yourself as expected of brave men. Yoruba protested against the emergence of Abacha in a cowardly manner and you are doing the same now. I am tired of all these endless preparation for war. Let’s see action. Otile, I urge you to approach Aso Rock with your fellow brave soldiers to demand for the release of the man and actualisation of Biafra. Face the moving train in order to stop it. If you want my advise, the alternative option you have is to stop calling a group of people names and try to negotiate with them. Behave like a brave and brilliant soldier and explore the path of diplomacy in achieving your ends.

          • Julius

His is a delusional asshole !. He sees Yorubas in his dreams and I hope he continue seeing us in his dreams. He blame Yoruba if it rains too much or no rain at all. He is so jealous of us its becoming dangerous . I hope he gets help soon. They are so brave on the internet. Have you seen them displaying that fake bravery trying to get kanu out of jail ?. No, they are cowards, all their lives its noise, empty noise and boasting. Thats all the fckin cannibals are good for.

    • Julius

How, by keeping him in jail ?

    • aisha ani

What makes you think they cannot kill him in regular prison? You are in your living room saying God bless Nnamdi Kanu meanwhile it is the poor guy that if facing the music, abeg make we hear word.

  • Tafidan Dogon Daji

    Apart from Dasukis?

    • Julius

Like he released those poor soldiers that died fighting BK with inferior weapons. Tell that to their family. Yea, I hope he die in jail.

    • BIODUN

when he was distributing money like father christmas, he was not sick. he should face his music.

    • aisha ani

Please tell your buddy to donate the money he stole towards cancer research, so many people are dying from cancer everyday in Nigeria because we do not have enough oncologists, equipments and drugs. Hopefully if he gets out of this he will give back to the community.

      • Julius

God bless you for saying that !

    • Layi Olad

No medical remedy for evil doers. Let dasuki die, he will rot in the hottest part of hell.

  • Shahokaya

By the time this boy test the Gashua prison food he would sing more than the most vocal canary.

    • Otile

May the Fulanis not feed him with feces as they did to Ogagun Obasanjo.

      • simon tor gideon

A child that says his mother will not sleep will also not sleep.Kanu has murdered sleep so sleep has departed from him.May he continue to cool his feet in darkest the portion of kuje prison.Amen

      • Julius

You must have shared the feces with him in jail. You seems to know much about that. Good for u !

    • Layi Olad

It’s called Gashua delicatessen. You’re right, i heard It clears the throat for good song. You will hear canary and nightingale.

  • Otile

May Almighty God protect Kanu from Fulani cruelty. May the Fulanis not poison him in jail as they did to Mashood Abiola.

    • Gugurus Ekpa

      Otile,

Kanu just got his diapers changed. Do you want me to change your diapers for you?

  • Otile

When the cruel Fulanis horse-whipped Gen Diya, shot Kudirat to death, fed Obasanjo with feces, poisoned Abiola we did not mock the Yorubas. When Soyinka, Ransom Kuti, and other eminent Oduduwa sons fled the land to avoid capture and torture we prayed for their safety. Wherefore O Lord are the same sons Oduduwa showing ingratitude, wherefore are they mocking, rejoicing, and plotting evil with the godless Mohammedans? May their ways be slippery, may they perish in their attempt to hurt Ndigbo. O Lord you are the judge. They boast of their power, but power rests with Thee O Lord. Save Thy children from wicked oppressors tormenting us.

    • Julius

Nzeribe was one of the evil pillar behind the arrest of Abiola. You think we forgot ? When you were being slaughtered in the North and you have no where to run to, we took you in and protected you. When the hausas soldiers were trying to wipe you off during the war, the Yoruba soldiers protected you. Ask those that fought and surrendered in that war why did they prefer to surrender to a Yoruba officer ? You are in here daily insulting and calling the Yorubas names on any topic . Now, tell me who is being an ingrates ?. You asking us to support kanu who was on tape calling us names and said he will destroy us ?. You are indeed delusional. Put everything in a correct grammar and read it back to yourself. Oloshi.

      • Rommel

It was the Yoruba soldiers that carried out the mass killings during BIAFRA,Benjamin Adekunle,Olusegun Obasanjo,it was Awolowo that inflicted the worst pain and killings by committing genocide, the UN recently said that the use of starvation in war is war crime so what are you saying,it was the Yoruba that betrayed NDI IGBO and still do so tomorrow, when UK hypocritically send ships to evacuate BIAFRA kwasiokor children during the war when the images became shocking, did the ship not berth in Lagos? do you know how many children of BIAFRA extraction that went with that ship? none and it was because of Awolowo who filled the ship with children from…….I am sure you know

        • Julius

Its nice making up your history. Isnt it ? Ask those that fought the war on the other side. I know one that I talk to regularly and still grateful to Adekunle who sent him to directly to Lagos kirikiri instead of killing him. As for the starvation , It was Ojukwu that refused the shipping of foods to the east because he was paranoid that they might be poisoned. Do you even expect any army fighting a war supplying food to the other side ? Shouldnt General Oga Ojukwu had made sure of food supplies before he started a war ? Blame Ojukwu and his blind followers .

        • Layi Olad

Why don’t you all just be quiet. There is enough blames to go around in Nigeria. Igbos and yorubas MUST find a way to reconcile if possible. Reconciliation certainly will benefit both sides. Only idiots will continue referring to the civil war of the 60s. Now if anybody steals from the people of Nigeria (igbos, yorubas or hausa) they must be punished if there is enough evidence to substantiate it. The country is rapidly going down the drain, and some irresponsible people would like others to defend corrupt thieves. It just doesn’t not make any sense.

          • Rommel

The Armenian massacre in 1914 by the Ottomans is still a very contentious issue, people are still being jailed for 2nd world war crimes not to talk of a genocide that happened yesterday,if it were your people that were affected by that wickedness, would you be saying this?

          • Layi Olad

Rommel, My family is from Ore, during the war we hid several Igbos to protect them from being killed. All that I’m trying to tell you and my Igbo friends is that we need to forgive each other and work together as one to make life better for everyone. innocent people died on both sides of the war, that’s why it’s called a war. And it may happen again if we’re not careful. We all will loose if there is another war. Yes Igbo people are very angry, but for how long are you going to stay angry?

          • Jakadiya

Why should the Ibos be angry? They fired the first shot and lost out, period.

          • Rommel

I am grateful that your family were kind enough to treat those IGBO in a humane way,God who saw it will reward your people but you must understand wounds need to be healed and get it healed, treatments must be applied, our people say that you cannot shove somebody and show the person where to fall,Nigeria mistreated NDI IGBO and those mistreatment must be addressed, otherwise, there will be a generation of NDI IGBO that will rise with only vengeance in mind,it is necessary that they know how Nigeria showed remorse for the treatment of NDI IGBO,a people who were being massacred in sort of ethnic cleansing and decided to pull out to form a separate nation,it is instructive to note that BIAFRA never attacked Nigeria,it was rather Nigeria that attacked BIAFRA for pulling out of the country yet today,we are being insulted for being part of Nigeria, therein lies the problem.

          • Jakadiya

How many have been tried for transatlantic slave trade or in America or Australia for the massacre of the red Indians and the aborigines? There’s no basis of comparison between the Armenian massacre of 1915 (not 1914) and the civil war. The Armenians were minority that history tells us were systematically massacred not because they wanted to secede from the Ottomans. The civil war was as a result of secession by some lunatics who thought the best thing to happen to Nigeria after akpu is them.

          • Rommel

You cannot try anyone for transatlantic slave trade because it was our elders and chiefs that were selling our own people into slavery so who do you blame, the seller or the buyer? however, after the abolition of slave trade and criminalization of the act, many were punished for violation of the law,the BIAFRA war was far worse than the Armenian massacre,it was a genocide against a people who were being hounded and massacred out of fear of domination,BIAFRA as a nation was for self preservation yet Nigeria sought to destroy what was left of the people who were merely seeking to preserve themselves from being extinguished by savages.I’m not in support of a resurgence of BIAFRA today though because those conditions are no longer there but the history must be straightened.

          • Jakadiya

If there is no offer there will be no acceptance. Again, the Ibo fatality (not massacre or genocide) was as a result of the declaration of Biafra, cause and effect. Go check the history of USA and you’ll find out that American government have crushed such moves over and over. I agree with your conclusion, in Toto.

          • MindYourself

Thank you my man. The two tribes are the same, apportioning blames between themselves. A typical Igbo man would rather support his man than support integrity and the same goes with the Yorubas. At the end of the day corruption remains undefeated. I have said it, the day Nigeria will witness agreement between Igbo and Yoruba that day will be the beginning of good things to happen in Nigeria or the end of the world. It is quite unfortunate.

          • Layi Olad

I couldn’t agree with you any more. Thank you my brother.

    • Tunji Olarewaju

Lwkmd oooooo! This from a biafool?

    • MindYourself

The rise of social media reveals the deep rooted hatred amongst the tribes. Did the Yorubas mock igbos over the incarceration of Ekwueme? When Zik of Africa chose the Hausa instead of aligning with the Yorubas in the early 60s, late 70s and early 80s, who referred to the igbos as slaves to the Hausa? If you go to the Lord with plain mind and not supporting the corrupt, you will find favour with Almighty God, if not, you have yourself to blame for invoking the name of the Lord in vain. If truly Nnamd Kanu has the intention of waging war against the Yorubas and the Hausa nations over nothing then I will implore you to stop inviting the wrath of Almighty God on yourself. Because our Almighty God does not support the wicked. But if he never mentioned destroying those nations then I pray that he finds favour with God in all his endeavours.

    • Jakadiya

What a warped analogy and conclusion. None of the names you mentioned solicited for secession. They were all clamoring for democratic Nigeria. This same Kanu said 99.9% of Ibo girls are prostitutes, yet, you still believe this renegade is fighting a Biafran cause. If you have other grudges, say them and stop deceiving yourself defending a secessionist with dual nationality.

      • MindYourself

Did he say that? 99.9%! And nobody has come up to disagree with him. This should be issue for consideration. I would want to disagree with that statistics.

        • Jakadiya

Please, just google search for confirmation.

    • Gugurus Ekpa

      Otile,

It looks like you soiled your diapers and you are crying for an adult to help you change your diapers, right? Do you want me to change your diapers for you? LOL.

    • Ezekaeze

      Amen

  • Rommel

It make me weep for some of my fellow citizen to hear their tribalistic sentiments an echo of stone age. I see no tribal when dealing with my fellow human being, all I see is an individual. Until we fellow Nigeria see individual rather than tribal, we can never truly call ourself civilise.
