The Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Lagos has dismissed the Peoples Democratic Party petition challenging the outcome of a Lagos State House of Assembly election for Mainland Constituency 2.
The tribunal ruled that the PDP failed to prove that the APC and its candidate, Moshood Olanrewaju, violated the provisions of the Electoral Act in the run up to the election.
