VP Sambo seeks support for Buhari

Vice President Namadi Sambo on Saturday urged Nigerians to support the incoming administration of President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, to ensure peace and development across the Nigeria.

Mr. Sambo made the call after casting his vote in the governorship and House of Assembly elections in Kaduna.

He said all Nigerians​,​ irrespective of their geo-political backgrounds​,​ should continue to sustain the nation’s democratic norms for the good of the society.

The vice-president, who was accompanied by his wife, Amina, was initially accredited at about 11:16 a.m. at his new polling unit along Police College, Kaduna.

Mr. Sambo, particularly commended President Goodluck Jonathan for exhibiting exemplary character before, during and after the March 28 Presidential election.

He said the president had set a good record by accepting defeat, and called on other African leaders to emulate him.

He also expressed gratitude to all Nigerians, especially the people of Kaduna State,​ for ensuring peaceful elections across the country.

The vice-president also expressed delight over reported massive turn out of electorate across the country, saying Nigerian voter​s​ deserved commendation for their peaceful conduct at the polls.

    Yes ,while the political team from the leftist are warming up to paddle Nigeria to the promise land and GEJ being celeberated for his spirit of his sportsmanship,Apc denouncing defection of PDP politicians to Apc for development of our democracy, its all a passing reminder of what politics is all about .and governorship electoral violence filled our journals and newspapers.we demand now and appeal to our security agencies to help us unmask these masquerades to know if it is Apc or pdp that were the actors of these thuggery in rivers state especially.we are appealing to our politicians to learn how to tell us the truth, because we are fed up with their political deceit,and stop playing us “seek and hide game”for advancement to a new era where a common man who considered it is his or her right to come out to vote for whoever he intends will give hope for his aspirations for a new Nigeria, will be carried back home to his family because he was shot by a soldier ,until his dead body receives justice then we can celebarate democracy , honestly is nightmare for memories
