Buhari capable of salvaging Nigeria from current “woes” – Tambuwal

Aminu Tambuwal, Sokoto State Governor

The Speaker of the House of Representatives and All Progressives Congress, APC’s gubernatorial candidate in Sokoto State, Aminu Tambuwal, has hailed the emergence of Muhammadu Buhari and Yemi Osinbajo as the party’s presidential candidates, saying Mr. Buhari is capable of saving Nigeria from its current “woes”.

Mr. Tambuwal spoke on Friday at the monthly APC Stakeholders meeting in Sokoto, expressing happiness for the candidacy of Mr. Buhari and his running mate, Mr. Osinbajo.

He also thanked the Sokoto people for giving him the APC gubernatorial ticket in the state.

Also speaking at the meeting, Governor Aliyu Wamakko of Sokoto State said the APC would set up a reconciliation and campaign committees across the state soon.

Mr. Wamakko said the committees would reconcile all aggrieved members and aspirants who lost at the primaries.
He said the measures were being taken to further strengthen the party in the state.

“The reconciliation committees will pacify all aggrieved aspirants of the party at all levels, with a view to wooing them,’’ he said.

He added that “the campaign committees will be set up to show that the party is not complacent’’, stressing that it was determined to emerge victorious at 2015 general polls.

Mr. Wamakko also noted that contrary to speculations, the party was blossoming to greater heights, and commended members and elders of the party their discipline, loyalty and prayers.

The Acting Chairman of the party in the state, Usman Danmadamin-Isa, assured that party members would work relentlessly to ensure success of the party at all levels at the polls.

You are a hypocrite, opportunist and coward. You just realized GMB is the Messiah Nigeria needs at the twilight of your tenure as Number 4 citizen on the platform of PDP?

as much as I want Buhari to win, we must realise that there will be no messiahs sent to Nigeria. Buhari is only one man, we must all make a conscious effort to change.

Name-Droppers..all of them..they will keep calling Buhari’s name in the north hoping to win Governorship and other positions(like Rufai in kaduna), then as usual, the ‘eternally unelectable’ Buhari will lose the ultimate prize..while they will leave him once again to cry blood all alone in limbo..USE & DUMP!

  • Watch with your korokoro eyes as Buhari becomes the President of the Republic of Nigeria.

The born to rule Mohammedans are out again to force down our throats sharia ideas from Mali–what was Buhari able to achieve when he was a former head of state, a PTF boss and an administrator, the problem with the janjaweeds is that they can’t pinpoint one agenda they intend to enact the changes we need in Naija–except to stop boko haram–their military arm of APC they created to render Jona administration useless and return power to the northern Oligarchs–Imam Buhari remains a coupist, extremist and a staunch sharia advocate–the only changes he can implement is to ensure sharia law sweeps across the country–with beheadings, amputation, rape and child weddings becoming the order of the day-fatwa if disobeyed–Christians must shine their eyes as they go to the polls

What is this nonsense about sharia,OIC etc,is there any Christian organization on this earth whether relevant or irrelevant that Nigeria is not a member of? are there no muslims in Nigeria, why should they not have the liberty to join their own associations? and in any case how many shrines or JUJU worshipers are remaining in Nigeria? who is speaking up for them? are traditional worshippers free to practise their religion in Nigeria? does the constitution of Nigeria not give them rights? who has spoken against the constant Pentecostal church onslaught on the freedom of worship given them by Nigerian constitution, is what is good for the goose no longer also good for the gander?

As an economic genius (wink, wink), Bokohari reintroduced (from 8th century) trade by barter as an economic policy for Nigeria. The Nobel Committee was thinking of handing him the Nobel Prize but he was shortly brushed aside by “Maradona” because of alleged cases of wickedness and hopelessness in the handling of weighty national issues. By the way, a few weeks ago, Thombwall was promoting himself as the right man for Nigeria. How time flies.

Look at this insolent man who insisted that 2014. Budget bench mark be at $85.00. Without the faintest idea of what global event, politics and economies could thrust on Nigeria.

All the useless visitors to this forum and the media wing of the APC punced on Okonjo Iweala then, but today they have all kept quiet.

Amaechi was screaming then that the APC house members should stand their grounds and that was the reason the budget came out in May 2014.

Tambuwal the frog should stop speaking in public fora until May 2014 when he will retire from politics

    — from Savannah Reports
    “EXPOSING THE FRAUD CALLED BUHARI:
If General Buhari after being a former Military Sole Administrator of a State, Former Commissioner of Petroleum (the same as a Minister), Former GOC Jos Armoured Division, Former Maximum Military Dictator and Former PTF Executive Chairman (he got a commitment of non interference from Abacha) would claim he cannot pay his Abuja house rent, has only one million Naira in his bank account and borrowed money to buy his APC Presidential form, then he has to answer the following: In a Sun Newspaper interview of December 24, 2012,

Buhari agreed that he had four houses. One duplex in Kaduna, one duplex in Daura, one duplex in Abuja and another duplex in Lagos but with the caveat that he borrowed money from his bank to build the houses. Okay Sir, how did you pay back the loans? What collateral did you use to secure the loans?
Why go rent a duplex in ASOKORO when you own a house there? Who is staying in the house you own?

I know the Federal government gives you cars as a former Head of State, gives you welfare packages for medical expenses and others
annually and the sum is paid quarterly starting from 2005 when the total annual welfare budgeted was N140 million, 2006 – N105 million,
2008 – N24 million, 2010 – N250 million Naira (none was paid in 2007 & 2009) and from 2013 it was increased with each ex leader getting N23 million monthly.

Now Sir, with all these money, how come you have only N1 million Naira in your account? Are you a spendthrift Sir? Why have you not open an investment or Foundation that will employ at least 20 Nigerians?

Sir, you once said General Abacha never stole!
Sir, do you define stealing along ethno-religious lines?

The questions are plethora but your e-Voltrons can start answering these ones first. We will do it in stages”.

This is Tambuwal that sabotaged this nation in an attempt to expose Jonathan to ridicule. For the 2014 Budget Madam Okonjo-Iweala had proposed $73 benchmark for our oil income in view of the volatile nature and expected unforeseen circumstance in the world oil market. Tambuwal refused to co-operate. It took personal appeal from Senate President David Mark for Tambuwal allow reason and common sense to prevail. Yet, he refused, until the figure higher than that prudently given by the federal govt was adopted. Today, here we are, oil price has crashed and see where Tambuwal and fellow anarchists put the nation.

Till, date, Tambuwal has been canvassing for compensation of Boko Haram which he subtly titled “negotiate.” But when asked to lead the negotiation, Tambuwal flat refused. Tambuwal must understand that it is irresponsible to work against your nation whilst scapegoating others. it is utterly irresponsible. Even the Buhari he claimed to be supporting, Tambuwal was pulled by the Lagos god to come and sabotage Buhari (whom they innately fear what he may later manifest) but for the insistence of Hausa/Fulani elders. Troublers of Nigeria must know that they are well known.
