Second Term: APC tackles Jonathan over Yobe School bombing, says president ‘insensitive’

Lai Mohammed

The All Progressives Congress, APC, has described as utterly insensitive and absolutely callous the decision by President Goodluck Jonathan to declare his second term ambition a day after almost 50 students were killed and about 80 injured in a suicide bombing in Potiskum, accusing the president of dancing on the graves of the students as well as of all the victims of the Boko Haram insurgency.

”Since this president has chosen to celebrate a national tragedy, Nigerians should also be ready to celebrate his electoral failure next year,” the party said in a statement issued in Abuja on Tuesday by its National Publicity Secretary, Lai Mohammed.

”Today, the three North-east states of Adamawa, Borno and Yobe are in danger of being overrun by Boko Haram and over 650,000 Nigerians are internally displaced in those states by the insurgency.

Yet, President Jonathan says he puts Nigerians first. Lies have never worn a bolder face. The truth is that for President Jonathan, it is Jonathan first, Jonathan second, Jonathan third, Jonathan always!” it said.

APC said by his latest act of blatant hardheartedness, President Jonathan is only continuing along his well-trodden path of acting without deep introspection.

”When about 60 students were killed in the terror attack on the Federal Government College, Buni Yadi, in February 2014, President Jonathan never visited the scene to commiserate with the families of the victims. When over 80 people were killed in the first Nyanya bombing in April 2014, President Jonathan went dancing ‘Azonto’ in Kano less than 48 hours later. And when almost 300 girls were freshly abducted in Chibok, President Jonathan neither acted fast enough to rescue the girls nor visited the village. His Administration even denied anyone was abducted, until 19 days after!

”This president has therefore established a pattern of putting his political interest above the security and welfare of Nigerians who voted him into office. This president has trampled upon the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which makes the security and welfare of the citizenry the raison d’etre of the government’s existence. It is time for Nigerians to respond in kind by trampling on his political ambition and sending him back to Otuoke,” the party said.

It wondered what purpose the so-called Safe Schools Initiative of the federal government is serving when over 70 students were killed and more than 100 maimed within a week in two separate attacks targeting schools in Potiskum alone, saying: ”The Safe Schools Initiative will remain a mere tokenism until the fundamental problem of insurgency, which has claimed thousands of lives, is conclusively addressed. Mr. President, what Nigerians want is not an isolated Safe Schools Initiative, but a Safe Nigeria Initiative.”

APC said it is usually the practice for leaders who seek re-election to tout the achievements that will justify their return, adding, however, that in the case of President Jonathan, there has been nothing but blood, tears, sorrow and the gnashing of teeth by Nigerians since he assumed office, hence he has nothing to showcase but lies!

The party wondered how President Jonathan could, in all good conscience, even ask Nigerians to re-elect him when he has wasted the mandate given to him in the first instance, adding that nothing shows the president’s incompetence and cluelessness more than the failure of his administration to provide security for the citizenry.

”This is undoubtedly President Jonathan’s biggest and most fundamental failure. At times it goes beyond incompetence to perhaps even collusion, or how else does one explain that the rate and intensity of attacks have increased in the three states of Adamawa, Borno and Yobe since they were placed under a state of emergency last year?

”How does one explain that more lives are being lost to the insurgency at a rate that is directly proportional to the increase in spending on defence and security? From 5.07 billion US dollars in 2010 to 7.12 billion US dollars in 2014, the Boko Haram Insurgency has fuelled increases in security spending to around 25% of annual federal government budget. In light of the rebasing of Nigeria’s GDP (put at N80.3 trillion or $509.9 billion), the yearly average for 2010-14, which is $6.58 billion, is equal to 1.3% of GDP, while the total for the 5 budget years amounts to 6.5% of Nigeria’s GDP.

”Instead of asking Nigerians to vote for him again, President Jonathan should be apologizing to Nigerians for wasting their mandate and explaining why, since his administration has increased security spending; declared and renewed emergency rule, issued propaganda claiming the capture and killing of Boko Haram members (including the leader Abubakar Shekau), destruction of Boko Haram camps, and countless assurances of improving security and winning the battle against Boko Haram, the empirical realities over the same period are that Boko Haram has become more daring and audacious in its attacks,” it said.

The party said instead of the transformation that President Jonathan promised Nigerians, he has delivered transmogrification, with unprecedented corruption, runaway unemployment, erasure of hope, total darkness even with millions of Naira sunk into the power sector and trains that are grinding their way to a long-forgotten past of locomotives in an era of bullet trains.

”President Jonathan, the Nigerians who turned up at the Eagle Square on Tuesday to witness your declaration may have looked vibrant and happy. Indeed, they were, because they have come to celebrate your imminent departure from office on the strength of their votes. While saying publicly that they will support you, there is no doubt that they are saying to themselves: Never Again!” it said.

This President is cruel! If he loses a child (God forbid), will he be celebrating within 24 hours? Does he introspect at all? Does he have the fear of God in him? Does he think life starts and ends with re-election? He has erred greatly and he should be punished with the votes of Nigerians next year

Why should God forbid? Did God forbid others losing theirs? Let him lose his head for all I care, the man is a jinx!

If Nigerians had brains, they will vote this man out 2015. But hey, Nigerians are known to be brainless, so i wont be surprised when some shallow PDP thinkers here start insulting APC and leaving out the truth in what this man just said, and if GEJ returns as president next year.

    Strange things happen

    • Cypo

If Nigerians are brainless as you claimed, then it is okay because that includes you, your parents, your siblings and your extend family members.

      • TRUTH MASTER

Must you descend this low? A well-bred fellow won’t ever abuse other people’s parents and family members. Now we can see the premium you place on your own parents and family members

        • Cypo

Go and read his comment on Premium Times and what he said that prompted my reaction. He said that “Nigerians are brainless people, if not they would have no option but to vote out Jonathan in the coming election”. Calling over 170 Million people as brainless is nothing but absurd.

          • TRUTH MASTER

Are you fighting for 170m Nigerians by insulting his parents and family?

          • Cypo

I am a Nigerian, My Parents are Nigerians, My siblings are Nigerians, My relations are Nigerians and we are part of the 170 Million Nigerians he called brainless people. I hope you get it now.

          • change 2014-2015

          • Cypo

You still do not get it. His wholesale branding of all Nigerians as brainless people includes me, my parents, my siblings and relations. So, why wont I tell him that he was wrong.

          • TRUTH MASTER

Could you not have simply disagreed and corrected him without abusing his parents? That’s my point!

          • Cypo

Nobody less than 18 years old come to an online Forum to argue or pass comment on a discussion in Politics. The Man is not a small child, he may even have children already. So, with due respect, I have no reason to educate him based on his comment.

    • change 2014-2015

    • austine007

@Emeka: Since Nigerians are have no brain you can single simply walk to Aso Rock and throw Jonathan and his cronies out of that place… thanks for doing us the favour bro.!

      • Emeka

well i just might consider that. thank me later

  • wode

Nigeria, a country where abnormality has become normal. Death of citizen doesn’t mean anything to the President. This is not the first time. He did the same after Abuja bombing and subsequent abduction of Chibok girls. He went to Kano to dance. So, why not sing and dance now?

    • change 2014-2015

All I know is that Nigerians are ready to vote for change.

  • Cypo

APC heard that Jonathan was to travel to Kano to welcome people who joined PDP, APC instructed its armed wing Boko Haram to go and kill innocent Students at Buni Yadi. When APC leadership and Boko Haram sponsors heard that Jonathan was to travel to Ibadan to attend Olubadan anniversary, they instructed Boko Haram once again to go bomb Nyanya Motor Park, When APC heard the rumour that Jonathan was to announce his reelection bid, they instructed Boko haram to go kidnap innocent school girls at Chibok, and later used their female members to form BBOG campaign. Now, APC leadership heard that Jonathan was going to eventually declare intention to contest next election, they told Boko Haram to go and kill innocent students in Potiskum. It is a pity, APC you are all blood sucking demons. But one thing is sure, you cannot succeed.

When has lie lie mohammed come out to condemn vehemently the activities of boko haram. Who forgets so easily after the abuja bombing apc did a rally in kano and port-harcourt. All lie lie mohammed does is prefer blame games, but never any solution. If nigerians and lie lie mohammed is sincere with himself a million soldiers can’t defeat boko haram in the long run. The root cause of boko haram is simply “islamic radicalization” even if you kill 200 boko haram members, 500 will reappear. If it was easy to defeat extremism and stunch islamic radicalization after 10 years in iraq and afghanistan the us would have wiped all the militants off. I have never seen lie lie mohammed tackl those islamic clerics which preach hate, how are those members recruited, brainwashed and told to commit suicide. Every fair and sensible nigerian will remember apc(anpp,ac, cpc) never condemned boko haram at its infancy. Who remembers buhari calling for amnesty for boko haram members as they are just like niger delta militants, or the same buhari granting bbc an interview stating sharia is for nigeria. When sharia was implemented in the obj regime, i remember analysts stating the future repercussions of that act, now we are reaping it. Nobobody seems to state the obvious that sharia metamorphosed into islamic extremism, yerima is alive, gambo is alive, manladi is alive, lekwut is alive, gambari is alive, all stunch sudan trained islamic zealots who championed the cause. lets pause and reason for once

    • Night Crawler

You are too blind to see the truth, where were you when he condemns attacks, it shows hatred has taking over your body, wake up from your slumber, gej is taking you on a journey of no return

and what is the truth. In your view what is the missing link to boko haram.Don’t you know in order to win the war we must first of all start fighting islamic extremism and radicalization. Why do you think islamic clerics sermons in europe are always checked upon by the home office for radical elements. Even if you take 200,000 soldiers to mubi, gwali, sambisa to wipe out boko haram you will fail in the long run. The radical islamic indoctrination must stop, this is the bounty of declaration of sharia, and these evil elements would not stop until they get the full benefits of andar

Another evidence that Boko Haram and APC are two sides of the same bad 1 kobo coin. You do not need to work for CIA, KGB, MI6 or SSS to see that there are bomb blasts in Nigeria whenever there is an event, anything that has a positive impact on the President Jonathan’s image (Example hosting the World Economic Forum in Nigeria). Who tries to take political advantage of the situation? Liar Mohammed and APC: Enemies of Nigeria.

    • Leslie

It really is appauling to see people like you throw their intelligence to the wind to support glaring stupidity.Continue.

  • the truth

I stated this facts over 4 months ago. when jonathan was to visit kano there was the first abuja bomb blast, when jonathan visited kano there was the viral picture where apc called jonathan insensitive, jonathan was to visit port-harcourt to kick off his south south familiarity tour and there was the 2nd abuja blast, jonathan had to cancel that trip, when the world economic forum was to be hosted their was the chibok kidnap, this gave nigeria a bad image, now a day to jonathans declaration there is a bomb blast in yobe, which apc and lie mohammed has called the president insensitive. The question remains y does all this evil events never happen when apc is about to rally or do any event? why wasn’t it insensitive when the big wigs of apc visited the same kano to sweep the stadium and hold a mega rally just after the bomb blast wasn’t that insensitive too? its time to connect all the dots to see who are the true traitors. As i said the body language of a particular organization supports the tenets that they are only selling their organization through constant bombing of nigeria

We have said it again and again….. Jonathan controls the SSS , the Police , the Army etc. Are they are so incompetent that they cannot produce any shred of evidence linking APC to boko haram? The reason is there is no evidence. Modu Sherrif et al comes to mind and they are all in PDP. So you don’t need a genius to tell you that PDP IS BOKO HARAM

Rather he was justified… So what is Jonathan’s sins? OBJ said nobody should expect him to perform a miracle in 8-years of rule after over 38-years of misruling Nigeria. No wonder he couldn’t fix our power and energy sector.

He has all the security on his finger tips even northern governor has tell gej to declare total war on boko haram, but his not bothered because of his 2015 ambition. He wants boko haram to finish them in the north because he knows that’s opposition strong hold so election won’t hold there.

Some months ago or late last year, alarms were being raised that the govt was transferring most of the arms and ammunition from the north to the south, that was before this bokoharam thing really escalated.I bet you Jonathan knows and has a hand in this crisis.Or how do you explain that.

  • _Proudly NigerDeltan

I used to be a patriotic Nigerian. In fact, I used to be more patriotic than Patriotism. I used t believe in Nigeria and was very unfortunately ready and willing to die for Nigeria. But a singular historic event changed all that. It was Musa’s terminal ailment and the attendant embarrassment meted out to Great Jona in the months after. On one of such occasions in New York, a CNN reporter asked him how his Boss was doing and the Fisherman Vice President replied that he has not been allowed to see his president and so could not give any situation report. How embarrassing! Just because he is a Southern Niger Deltan…and I was almost moved to tears, but for the fact that in my Niger Delta
    Republic, men don’t cry.

The embarrassing treatment given to Great Jona wouldn’t happen anywhere else. Not even in Libya or Ukraine. But Great Jona ENDURED!

So, all my patriotism disappeared and my 100% allegiance shifted. I quickly dried up my tears but From that day, I ceased to be a Nigerian but a citizen of the South South Republic. May the Almighty God in His infinite wisdom cause Nigeria to disintegrate like yesterday. Amen? AMEN!

So whether aboki’s & Oloye’s APC plant bombs on every eve of Great Jona’s political campaign engagement, he must move on and WIN.

The embarassing thing is he still performs poorly in interviews, makes shameless excuses and really has no useful answers to any of the key issues facing by Nigeria.

So, maybe it wasn’t that he was kept in the dark by the Turia clique.. Maybe, just maybe the man was just clueless, always has been and that interview was just a taster of many embarrassments to come?

  • Omo Oodua

We have now known the reason why the Yobe school was bombed. It was to stopped GEJ from declaring his intention to contest for the next year election. this is one of the bombings carried out by APC foot soldiers anytime President GEJ was to attend either a political rally or to declare his support for a particular political figure or governor. We have always known that the bombings and level of insecurity will increase the moment President Jonathan made his intention to contest known to Nigerians. This is the only weapon they APC believe they can use against GEJ to discredit him and his administration to Nigerians – insecurity!. President Jonathan has surpassed all the achievements of previous administrations including the military administrations and APC know this! They should continue to kill innocent Nigerians and think the surviving ones will vote for killers! Believe it or not, President Jonathan might eventually be the last President of this fake country called Nigeria. Let the madness continue in the North, but the moment it slightly crosses to the South or the Niger delta, that is when they will know that as small as ISRAEL is as a country, no country in this world can defeat it, not even the so called United States..So also is the Southern region!

This is cos of the grievances of injustice, corruption, insensitivity, hopelessness and unemployment abducted by the sect would hve resolved, GEJ is incompetent

        Let me answer you:

        1. Injustice? Where were they when Refinery was built in Kaduna and NONE in Bayelsa? Do you know economics? Then factors of production will explain further.

        2. Corruption? Where were they when Umaru Dikko stole billions and ran away ONLY for him to return and be recognized as a NORTHERN elder!

        3. Insensitivity? Nigerian defence Academy, Nigerian Police Academy, War College Jaji and the likes are built in Northern soil and the other regions have nothing and you talk of insensitivity?

        4. Hopelessness? After the Nigerian civil war the Nigerian state declared “No Victor, No Vanquished” but we knew the deceit of the Northern led Federal Government… The Ibos were abandoned to grapple with hopelessness but they broke-through and today are thriving in varied kinds of business… What say you?

        5. With all the Billions controlled by the Northern elites (incase you don’t know they have oil blocs as their own private estates) what have they done to elevate the sufferings of their people? Adenuga brought Glo to help in West, OANDO brought his and the likes… What are they doing for their people ONLY to marry teenage girls…Pedophiles… Abeg make una leave my yansh alone jare!!!

      • austine007

You have a product in Ondo State but go to Kaduna to build the industry which will make use of it. Then you establish Civil Defence to protect the pipeline spending billions of naira… Only Kano state alone produces 40-House of Reps members do you know that is equal to Imo, Abia, Ebonyi and Almost Enugu States? What in the world do you call injustice, corruption, insensitivity, hopelessness and unemployment?

  • DAT

The last time I checked, all the APC Presidential candidates have declared their intention to run including those whose backyard are being bombed. They must be sensitive to have declared since Boko Haram attack started after their declaration. Only the likes of sick-looking Liar Mohammed will be listening to him. Unfortunately, it is not the APC kind of change we desire. When I see one I will change my mind without propaganda.

That was why sale of NEPA during OBJ’s time was full of drama. GEJ sold NEPA and I tell you AEDC (Abuja Electricity Distribution Company) is owned by these “Cabals” and recently they are turning it into an Islamic organisation… So will you say tomorrow Jonathan brought BH into AEDC?

APC should stop blaming Presido on anything that happens. They should concentrate more on the strategies to defeat him in the election if they have any and not trying to score cheap points from whatever. Sympathy votes cannot give them presidency. We are wiser now. They should wake up and tell Nigerians what they are capable of doing to tame our problems especially the security situation. They should let us know now or …….. They can’t continue making noise when they don’t have something different from the government in power. Is it a coincidence that any time presido wants to do something, something evil will happen? Who is fooling who? A Food for thought.

The commentary of our citizens always blames President Jonathan for this orchestrated and thought out carnage by a group of ethnic and religious fanatics. Neither the citizens nor politicians proffer any solution. A situation senators call on the president to tackle boko haram without coming up with enabling law seasoned for the battle at hand. After the 9/11 attack the United States Congress led the way by passing numerous laws that focused the government response to Alkaida, the approach was bi-partisan. The state governments keyed in by retooling public security. Laws were made that increased penalties for associating with terrorists. Billions were authorized by Congress to be spent to make America secured. Compare that to Nigeria, the opposition has politicized boko haram by calling on the president to resign each time boko haram kills. We have been fractious in our response. The Muslim ummah has one leg in boko haram camp and a wobbly leg on the Nigerian stake. At best, muslim leaders have made some mutted unfocused statements against boko haram. Jonathan is not a dictator and it is high time Governors such Yobe’s Gaidam roll up his sleeves and get in the trenches and begin to function as Yobe governor by creating security policies that protects his schools and citizens. It was sad to read Gov. Gaidam’ self serving infantile statement blaming Jonathan for his Gaidam’s woeful failure as governor of a failed Sharia state.

          • Eroli Reuben

GEJ is not a military head of state, the president’s war powers is limited under a democracy and that is why it requires both arms of government to act in a concerted bi-partisan manner in confronting the existentialist threats such as islamic terrorism to the unity of Nigeria.

          • TRUTH MASTER

I appreciate your comments because you dwelt on issues rather than engage in abuses, as many are won’t to do here. You are right by saying the legislature should come up with laws that would strengthen the fight against boko haram. But your call for bipartisanship – while it is right – fails to acknowledge that the opposition has offered, publicly, to work with the government but the government never responded positively. All it has done is to engage in finger-pointing. Also, you forget that the three most affected states of Adamawa, Borno and Yobe are under a state of emergency, meaning the President and C-in-C bears direct responsibility for the security in those states. Finally, remember always that the President bears the ultimate responsibility for the security and welfare of all Nigerians. Thank you!

          • Eroli Reuben

The opposition offering to work with the government is not enough. It has 40 senators and 177 house members. Let the opposition proffer solutions by way of bi-partisan bills that secures our schools, our public places and targets boko haram in its modus operandi. Then and only then would Nigerians be willing to see the opposition as an alternative to the PDP. ….what we have in Nigeria in the present, is a disloyal opposition as opposed to a loyal opposition. At this stage of our democracy Nigeria needs a mature and constructive opposition whose goal is to safeguard our democracy and creates public safety and this “gun-hoe” take no prisoners type of insensitive tone deaf religiously unbalanced self serving begots.

          • TRUTH MASTER

There is nothing like a ”loyal’ or ‘disloyal’ opposition. While there is nothing wrong in bipartisanship, the opposition owes the ruling party no debt. In other words, it is NOT the business of the opposition for the government of the day to succeed!

Now, he who must come to equity must come with clean hands. You cannot be engaged in demonizing the opposition and blaming them for the insurgency, and at the same time expecting them to cooperate with you. No sir!

As for bigotry, no government deserves to be called that more than the present PDP FG. Never in our nation’s history have we been divided along religious and ethnic lines as we are today. And the reason is simple: When a leader is incompetent, he resorts to primordial instincts to cover his incompetence. Good day!

          • Eroli Reuben

You should know the concept of loyal opposition is a sine qua non for a stable democracy and is the standard in the Western world that gave us democracy. What we have in Nigeria is an open rebellion and not an opposition. In Britain the opposition has the shadow government that proffer shadow or alternatively ideas to government policy. In the U.S.A. and Canada, the opposition formulates policy and budgets of there own and then caucuses with the majority party for harmonization in most times. Or a select committee of both parties goes into a bi-partisan conference to find solutions to thorny national problems such as boko haram and the school bombings. In Nigeria the rebellious opposition predictably only score cheap political points by calling on the president to resign without blaming boko haram.

          • TRUTH MASTER

You can re-write the rules of democracy all you want, but controvert my point that your concept of opposition loyalty is an oxymoron!

And please note that a ruling government deserves the opposition it gets. I insist: You can’t be asking for the ‘support’ of the opposition when all you do is demonize and blame the same opposition for your own shortcomings.

Truth be told: GEJ has no blueprint for governance, no vision of what he wants Nigeria to be and little or no useful experience in governance. In the serious business of governance, luck can only propel you so far!

OBJ simply fished for someone he felt would be malleable, and pronto – a man who never swotted for it became President. Now that he has failed, his supporters are engaged in finger-pointing. No sir!

          • Eroli Reuben

Here is Wikipidea, Webbstar Dictionary and Encyclopaedia Britinicca definition of the concept of loyal opposition:

            Loyal opposition

            From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In parliamentary systems of government, the term loyal opposition is a term applied collectively to the opposition parties in the legislature to indicate that the non-governing parties may oppose the actions of the sitting cabinet while remaining loyal to the source of the government’s power. The idea of inquisitorial opposition that held the executive to account emerged in Great Britain.

            Concept[edit]

The phrase is derived from John Hobhouse’s use in 1826 in a debate in the British parliament of the term His Majesty’s Loyal Opposition.[1][2] It is intended to illustrate that Members of Parliament in a country’s legislature may oppose the policies of the incumbent government—typically comprising parliamentarians from the party with the most seats in the elected legislative chamber—while maintaining deference to the higher authority of the state and the larger framework within which democracy operates. The concept thus permits the dissent necessary for a functioning democracy without fear of being accused of treason.[1]

As Michael Ignatieff, a former leader of the loyal opposition in the Canadian House of Commons, said in a 2012 address at Stanford University: “The opposition performs an adversarial function critical to democracy itself… Governments have no right to question the loyalty of those who oppose them. Adversaries remain citizens of the same state, common subjects of the same sovereign, servants of the same law.”[3]

          • TRUTH MASTER

Loyal opposition is an oxymoron in any system of government, I insist. Those who write in wiki are not ghosts, they are human beings like you and I. First, check the meaning of oxymoron…..then you ll understand my point better

          • Eroli Reuben

Nigerian did not invent democracy and neither did it invent the notion of a constitutional government and it is high time its citizens and politicians practice these and other government concepts by reference to how it is done elsewhere. We can not re-invent how public administration is ran in Nigeria that is why nothing works in Nigeria because we borrow others concepts and corrupt it. See, for example Tumbuwal violating the constitution by wanting to remain speaker as a member of the minority party… this is possible only in Nigeria.

          • TRUTH MASTER

There is no law that says the speaker of the house must be from the ruling party. All anyone needs to be speaker is to be so voted by MPs. In case of Tambuwal, he became speaker not just by the votes of the PDP but also that of the APC (Remember PDP wanted Adeola Akande as Speaker). If he decamps to the APC and can still muster enough support from his colleagues, he will remain speaker….and heavens will not fall. If he cannot muster enough support, he will be impeached. That is the truth.

If he can prove in court that he left the PDP because the party is divided/fractured, then he will keep his seat as a member of the lower house. In any case, who does not know that the PDP is divided? Did it not lose 5 Govs to the APC?

          • Eroli Reuben

I agree that the president is constitutionally responsible for national security but does not mean that if you see a snake in your house or farm, it is the president that must kill it. You as an individual has been imbued with a conscience, common sense and a discerning mind to choose between evil and good. Democracy does not mean that you surrender your children security to the President. You surrender ordinary decisions on local issues as schools security, market place security to the president. That is why we have state governments, local governments, school principals and education boards. Has any of these local officers met with the Police DPO and Divisional crime officers in their localities to formulate policies in place to safeguard each child and each school in their jurisdiction? or, is it the President that must “omnipresently” appear in each local government areas in Nigeria to formulate and implement security policies for each school and each University?

@NaijaMindOfChange: You have a product in Ondo/Bayelsa/Delta State but go to Kaduna to build the industry (Refinery) which will make use of it. Then you establish Civil Defence to protect the pipeline spending billions of naira, what do you call that?… Did you know that only Kano state alone produces 40-House of Reps members and do you know that is equal to Imo, Abia, Ebonyi and Almost Enugu States? Do you know that it is an advantage to the north? What in the world do you call injustice, corruption, insensitivity, hopelessness and unemployment?

ONLY Kano state produces forty (40) house of reps members… And the north see nothing wrong with that while all the five Eastern states cannot muster upto 54-members!

  • Sharia_Haram

47 students of Government Science Secondary School, Potiskum, Yobe State were killed by a group of Muslims not GEJ.

What are Muslims doing to rescue our girls from their brothers in Islam and also STOP the Sharia killing of non-Muslims?

I am using this opportunity to remind non-Muslims to vote wisely in the up coming election. Do not vote for advocates of Sharia. Vote to abolish sharia.

Sharia is a weapon of mass destruction. Sharia and its Caliphate had killed more people than any known disease in the world.

Sharia as a weapon of mass destruction was set in place by Muslims to eliminate non-Muslims in the north and by extension the whole of Nigeria. Boko-Haram are advocates of Sharia, so is ISIS and Buhari.

If they can adopt and impose sharia on Northern states that ordinarily belongs to non-Muslims and Muslims, they will definitely impose it on Nigeria. That is the impeding agenda. What we are witnessing in the North today is a pilot program of Sharia. While they watch the reaction of non-Muslims. A nation wild implementation will take effect once a Northern Muslim resume power. Beware!!!

GEJ must RULE regardless of his performance. It is our time or Nigeria go pieces. Niger-Delta will lunch their own uprising alongside Boko-Haram.

Biafra should be ready to declare an independent nation without a gunshot.

If you ask me, someone staged it. Of course the world is
a stage and we are all cast. The entrusted announced his intent weeks ago and
someone made a phone call to the charmer of serpents and dragons asking them to
make haste at bloodletting in order to make the president look bad. The
president cannot go back on his intent after weeks of buildup. He cannot
reschedule or he will give them another reason for ridicule. So he went right
ahead with it and they still did not spare him.

Serpents and dragons found a home in the north east of
Nigeria. Many welcomed them and those who did not welcome them were devoured,
the survivors are still being devoured. These serpents have gained the skill of
camouflage, surpassing chameleons at change of color. Some serpent supporters
believe the serpents and dragons are servants of God. They are mistaken. Terrorists
serve no one but the devil.

These blood sucking dogs and baboons have all come out in
daylight to eagerly accept the gory responsibility of their failed consciences
one way or the other. So the entrusted leader has not dealt with an insurgency
despite declaring a state of emergency? He has failed despite having more funds.
He has not been successful at retrieving the girls and he is the reason over
half a million people are displaced from their homes?

The buck has indeed stopped on the table of the fedora
whose luck ran out after some bombs went off on a certain October 1. Confused
in chaos as civilians are apt to, they tagged him clueless and it stuck. They
expected him to run about like a headless chicken to the burn fire they started
in order to prove his incompetence and make the republic ungovernable.

What honor hath these men who rise up to declare that the
devil and his friends who have now taken to living within our huts in the north
east are deserving of amnesty? Which saint valiantly defends the devil’s
innocence? Which angel can be so named by the devil as his representative to an
amnesty talk? Is it not a troubling omen that this fallen angel can walk about
as a minister of light and some of us embrace him whole heartedly?

Today some of us are victims of the devil’s continued
lodge while those who should exorcise themselves of him accuse a man they
should rally behind. Did not most of us with one weapon and voice at the
conquest of one declare none victor and none vanquished? If upholding then to
that doctrine, why then fail we to rally behind he who was thumbed the most
especially in the fight against the devil that now lives among us?

Government of some, by some and for some especially
wrought by guns and decrees have failed. We cannot return to a loss of
liberties and enthrone the devil’s law. Nay we must do all we can to valiantly
reject all those who will take sides on this matter for they are the true
enemies. The devil and his friends live in the north east, stealing, killing
and destroying. The entrusted protector needs cheering to go all out not
jeering that gives an unsure footing. While this scourge lasts, it is our
sacred duty to exorcise our land of this evil and resist all his appearances,
better we must lend support to the chief whether his hands be strong or feeble.
While he yet has time, this is our sole duty to rout the enemy.

But what have we instead? Three sides at a match of our
nation in our nation against a known enemy. One side supports the men who wear
our colours. The other side has arrogantly and in defiance of all sense of
patriotism begun to throw pellets at the men who wear our colours naming them
all sorts including clueless at a sport that has claimed the lives of women and
children. The devil and his men on the third side rebound on all fronts
previously lost and brazenly claim territory. It appears there are only two
sides after all as strangers with mutual enemies soon become comrades or
    friends even.

The lives of women and children are the bedrock on which
civilization and society are built. Take those away and you have no more
people. Therefore, when serpents and scorpions comes within and strikes one
woman, or abducts even one child, every man becomes comrades and allies till
the devil is driven. Why then is the camp divided, some trying to and failing
to kill the serpent while the other hiding in a safe corner curses the snake
    chasers?

It is sabotage, treason and evil that these shameless men
would jeer while the serpent bites innocents. When the victims begin to see
reason and point fingers at the sarcastic display they call the snake charmer
to stage a near bite of the fallen angel in a bid to make him look holy and a
possible martyr. That failed for the words were set in stone: this fallen angel
    shall represent us.

Now therefore, as men in critical times of hardship have
done, it is time to rally behind the entrusted one while he yet hath his
mandate especially so that he may strike cleanly and solely at the serpent.
While at it, we must reject all distractions from the sarcastic saboteurs who
would proffer no way to kill the snakes yet curse they who will. They are
dishonourable fellows. It may take time but these snakes will all die. These
snakes will all be killed, sooner or later.

This was what APC and the sponsors of the killing of innocent 47 children wanted to achieve but Nigerians are not deceived. The day of judgement is coming for those who sacrificed the lives of these innocent children because they want to embarrass the president and call him names. They will reap what they sow, harvest time is not far off.

Opposition is good for a better democracy because we cannot have the best democracy, no best in anything anyway. This is In line with the thoughts of, Political scientists but this manner of opposition is becoming a nuisance, it is no more oppositions, in fact, it have no semblance nor similarity of an oppositions and it only makes the ruling party stronger on a long run. This opposition is weakly composed with people with far different ideas and ideals, very colorless and in disarray that a little spark will leave all of them running for cover. This opposition is all about so much lies, deceit, alarmism, sensationalism, hate, violence, anarchism, disregards for civility, blackmail, indecency, malice and negativity. This press release is the mother of all their blunders, it seems to be the worst, why? because since it came as expected, no one is surprised, this opposition has became more predictable than the ruling party but do we consider if they have kept quiet without commenting even if they don’t sound positive, their silence would have been a shock, sending shivers on the ruling party so, why can’t this opposition keep the ruling party guessing for the first time, who is fooling who, this opposition?

With the likes of Sharia General, Ex-custom thief, Wamako etc in attendance. The reserve of modern assertions is sometimes pushed to extremes in which the fear of being contradicted leads the APC to strip himself/herself of almost all sense and meaning.
