More PDP governors to defect to APC – Kwankwaso

Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso

Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso of Kano State said on Monday that two governors in the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, would soon defect to the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Mr. Kwankwaso said this when he paid a courtesy visit on his Kwara counterpart, Abdulfatah Ahmed.

Mr. Kwankwaso was in Ilorin as part of his consultations for the presidential ticket of the APC for the 2015 election.

The governor described APC members as a practical people with extensive grassroots reach to tackle corruption and other national malaise.

“Our economy can never be good in a situation of crisis; our economy can never be good in the face of corruption,” Mr. Kwankwaso said.

He said that in line with the constitution, the APC would explore the possibility of consensus presidential candidate within the ambit of democratic culture.

He commended the Kwara Government for initiating poverty alleviation and employment generation programmes to reduce youth unemployment and restiveness.

Governor Ahmed assured that the choice of the APC presidential candidate for 2015 general elections would be devoid of acrimony and strengthen the party.

Mr. Ahmed said that Nigeria had the misfortune of bad leadership and expressed hope that APC would evolve more qualitative leadership after taking over the Federal Government.

He said APC was the fastest growing party in Nigeria and the only truly national political party, given the nature of its emergence as an off shoot of mega parties.

Nostradamus, so Jang is defecting too with Suswam and others? Moron.

    • Bigzy

The Governr said two others were about to defect, and now you say that all Northern Governors are. Surely the truth must lie between zero and all. But Mr Fulani, who are we to believe? A faceless abatur on a media forum or the Governor? Let us say, the Governor for argument sake. The problem with this is that the Governor has been saying the same thing since the mass defections and nothing has come of it.

Any chance this clown will tell Nigerians what he will do differently if elected president besides smashing beer bottles of Southern Nigerian traders in Kano state? When is Kwankwanso also going to declare his assets? May be he doesn’t need to, he is not Ijaw.

Hi Rabiu Kwankwaso ………. do people jumb from a sailing Ship (PDP) to a sinking canoe (apc) ?

    • Maria

Answer to your question is simple… Kwankwanso jumped from the sinking ship(PDP) to a sailing cruise ship(APC)…There are many of them who jumped out and many more will still jump because it is a matter of months before PDP will be swept away by the storms.

Rabiu Kwankwaso at other times, the edge of a wood, especially at dusk, the trees themselves would assume strange shapes: sometimes they were arms rising heavenwards, , or else the trunk would twist and turn like a body being bent by the wind. At night, when I woke up and the moon and the stars were out, I would see in the sky things that filled me simultaneously with dread and longing. I remember that once, one Christmas Eve, I saw a great naked women, standing erect, with rolling eyes; she must have been a hundred feet high, but along she drifted, growing ever longer and ever thinner, and finally fell apart, each limb remaining separate, with the head floating away first as the rest of her body continued to waver. Oh kwankwaso, stop this your senseless hallucination.
