I pray the money gets to its intended receivers .

Richard, do not waste your time, your prayer is not answered. The money will never get to them. For instance no one know who are the victims, how many are they in numbers, how much can each get, how do you mobilize them and everyday the victims are increasing. Are we to keep the money until we defeated the insurgency. ? If yes, it means to yield interest for some people !?
