The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, will Thursday, November 21, arraign one Reverend David Kim Pam, Chairman Goodliving Multi Purpose Cooperative Society at the Plateau State High Court, Jos on a 10-count charge of stealing, fraudulent misappropriation and criminal breach of trust.
The suspect allegedly abused his position as Chairman and sole signatory to the accounts of Good-living Multi Purpose Co-Operative Society’s domiciled in First Bank Nigeria Plc and Zenith Bank, to steal N40, 276,660 between April and June 2012.
The offences, the EFCC says, are contrary to sections 286, 308 and 311 of the Criminal Code law of Plateau State.
