Acting President Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday chaired the weekly cabinet meeting of the Executive Council of the Federation, otherwise known as Federal Executive Council.

Mr. Osinbajo chaired the meeting in the absence of President Muhammadu Buhari who is currently undergoing medical treatment in London.

At the meeting were federal ministers, the head of service of the federation, the national security adviser and Abba Kyari, President Buhari’s chief of staff.

The weekly cabinet meeting holds every Wednesday at the presidential villa.
