5 things Trump said at inauguration that World leaders should worry about

U.S President Donald Trump

In his inauguration speech as America’s 45th president, President Donald Trump made it clear his agenda was all about protecting American interest.

Here are 5 major highlights of Mr. Trump’s speech that other world leaders could be worried about.

1. Every decision on trade, on taxes, on immigration, on foreign affairs, will be made to benefit American workers and American families. We must protect our borders from the ravages of other countries making our products, stealing our companies, and destroying our jobs.

2. We will get our people off of welfare and back to work — rebuilding our country with American hands and American labor. We will follow two simple rules: Buy American and hire American.

3. For many decades, we’ve enriched foreign industry at the expense of American industry; subsidized the armies of other countries while allowing for the very sad depletion of our military; we’ve defended other nation’s borders while refusing to defend our own; and spent trillions of dollars overseas while America’s infrastructure has fallen into disrepair and decay.

4. We will reinforce old alliances and form new ones — and unite the civilized world against radical Islamic terrorism, which we will eradicate completely from the face of the Earth.

5. We’ve made other countries rich while the wealth, strength, and confidence of our country has disappeared over the horizon. The wealth of our middle class has been ripped from their homes and then redistributed across the entire world.

  • Bash

    ….Aah no mention of Biafra?

    • Otile

…Aah no mention of dumb Buhari coming to beg money and weapons from America either.

      • Bash

        At least he wasn’t expectant.

  • Dän-gote cémènt fâctōry

  • Netanyahu

National interests first. The era of father Xmas is over. Islamic countries destroying their societies and exporting terrorists to Europe and America is over. Awusa/foolani creating a terrorist group, boko haram and turning round to look for those that will help them end insurgency and carnage will not happen again. Good speech.

An eye open for Africa counties;especially Nigeria! Buy Nigeria made products and use Nigeria hands for contracts! African leaders stop taking your country commonwealth from the country to enrich European countries! Eradicate injustice completely from the face of earth first and terrorism will naturally be eradicated!

PT, so why would the world worry about these five points you observed? Here is a man who wants to make his country great again. They say, “charity begins at home”. You cannot cater for the welfare of others at the expense of your own family when actually your family is in dire need. Do you? Donald Trump will become the people’s president if he does what he said. African leaders should learn from this and refuse the allurement of demonic stealing and kleptomania which has been a description of their leadership. The mantra should be “country first before the rest of the world”.

It seems that you guys knows nothing at all. An expert said that those 5 comments of his seated world leaders into a big fear. Now tell me how on earth some fools out their praising this inexperience man?

      • Watch man

What experience was Obama having in his 40s’ when he became president? Clinton that has experience, how good was her experience? Is there any store where they sell experience? Do you need to be a Solomon to lead a nation? Have you ever asked yoiurself why none of those that have “experience” (sitting governors, Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, etc) did not win the nomination? You see, Trump has a product to market and he went to the market place (electorate) and presented his product very wonderfully and the electorate bought it. You should be asking the electorate why they chose Trump ahead of others. The people are tired of political correctness that have made them poorer and so they went for something totally different. Trump represent that thing that is different. So give him a chance. It is not about what the world leaders who are more interested in selfish globalism thinks; it is all about what your boss (the electorate, the people of USA) think. Let Trump be!

Where is ipob mentioned here when some were in ph suffering and smiling

  • alfred aye

Mr Trump never mentioned anything bad. These five points among others could be the background (core) elements of America’s Foreign Policy. These are fundamental elements every government would like to adopt; for instance, Nigeria first, Britain first, Sri Lanka first, etc. However, the issue about reinforcing old alliances as well as establishing new once too is very positive for the whole world. Meanwhile, the apologist of Muslems: Trump’s predecessor, who has encouraged invigorating Islamic Faith world over might call for a similar consideration for the other Faiths this time around, thereby, equating the scourge.

    I love that number4

  • tsunami1earthquake

We hope Nigerian leaders are listening? These 5 points should be printed and distributed among members of the Nigerian Federal Executive Council and NASS as framework for developing and bringing back Nigeria to glory.

    • Manasseh

  • Kevin Peter

Of course he’s talking in the interest of Americans!

  • Oracle

ThIS is what is called CHANGE!!! not as Obama preached his loapsided change.

    • Kelly Joshua

You in Africa and don’t know whats going on in states. So you better shut up ok

    • systematic

u indi igbo shout up ur mouth

  • Muhammad

    YES , ONE Nigeria .
It is possible that most Americans across the board share the same principle , sentiment and will act against the contrary openly and effectively across the board . Those against will be accommodated to listening level and will fully participate in ONE AMERICA , AMERICA FIRST .
We need , prefer and are better off with such a culture . And the challenge rests more between the Leaders , the subtle but care free Press and Opinion moulders . In a large , minimally literate and largely poorly educated society like ours , the crave to return to mother womb against socializing and chocking with material needs against fulfillment are critical challenges to fight and manage .
The resources and crisis in Nigeria portends a deep poverty of philosophy .

  • Impulse400

Unfortunately, Biafra was of no concern to Emperor Nero Trump despite their march and the number off their members shot. (lol)

Will you agitators wake up or are you all still under severe illusions…?

    • Tunji Olarewaju

Bad belle people, didn’t you read where Trump said biafools first?
For your informate(apologies Zebrudiah):on biafrats we stand. It’s biafraud or death!
All hail the federal republic of biafools!
Hail,Impulse400,I say hail late commander Nnamidiot Cownu!

      • Impulse400

Don’t hail me oh. Don’t rope me into this Social Media Civil War at all… I still fear Igbo made Igbenikwe. It is may nolonger be in production but it runs in their blood.

If there is a trait which keeps reappearing as a constant complaint against this gifted race of Nigerians, it is their lack of humility/constant knack to disrespect another.

I dont know why they cant help it. There is nothing wrong in being a show off, just be humble about it. I believe their knack for constant taunting has bread hatred against their tribe for no reason.

        • Tunji Olarewaju

Don’t worry about their ogbunigwe,me I get original ayeta(local bulletproof)
