Petroleum Minister, Alison-Madueke, hospitalised in London

Nigeria’s Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke, has been hospitalised in a London clinic for an undisclosed ailment.

Sources close to the minister said she was hospitalised late last week  for stress-related ailment but could not confirm the exact illness.

She has had a hectic month with the chaos in the Nigerian oil sector.

Her last public engagement was last week Thursday when she accompanied President Goodluck Jonathan to Anambra state where he commissioned new oil fields in the state.
