Heartland FC wins Federation Cup Final

Heartland FC of Owerri came from behind on Sunday to beat Lobi Stars of Makurdi 2-1 to win the 2012 Nigerian Federation Cup final.

The winning goal was scored by Bredard Ogbu at the final minute. Ogbu got N550,000 as man of the match.

Heartland FC will get the giant silver trophy donated by the Lagos state government and N2 million cash prize.
