While the nation is yet to recover from the this morning’s deadly explosion in Kaduna which killed about 20 persons, a fresh blast has been reported in Jos, the Plateau State capital.
The National Emergency Management Agency said the explosion occurred about an hour ago in a park at the Tudun Wada area of the city.
NEMA’s spokesperson, Yushau Shuaibu says security operatives and rescue workers have since arrived the scene of the incident.
We are unable to confirm details of casualty and extent of damage caused by the explosion at this point.
The police in Jos could not immediately be reached for comments.
